To my greatest disappointment, especially this morning, I discovered that the car rental reservation I had made online and received confirmation for meant absolutely nothing. I had planned my travel arrangements around this reservation, trusting that a confirmed booking meant a vehicle would be available when I arrived. Unfortunately, that was not the case. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that this is not the first time it has happened—but I can assure you, it will be the last. Apparently, booking online and receiving a confirmation number means nothing when it comes to actually receiving the service you were promised. And the worst part? The way customers are treated. You are made to feel like a stray dog on the street—someone they might feel sorry for, but have absolutely no intention of helping. No vehicle, no alternative solution, no meaningful assistance. Just disappointment and wasted time. A reservation should mean a commitment, and a confirmation should mean something. Customer service is not just about taking reservations. It's about honoring commitments, respecting people's time, and taking responsibility when things go wrong.
