  I just rented a car from this location on Thursday May 14 because my truck broke in the highway on Wednesday the 13 I had to spend the night in Harrisonburg and get a rental to go back home in NC, I and all my partners who work at the company I work for rent from Enterprise a lot, I reserved the car I got picked up from the hotel and whenever the guy was inspecting the car I saw several damages on the car hood ( looks like hail damage) also the front driver side rim and the passenger side rim, the front passenger door has a dent as well I told the guy about the damages and he told me don’t worry about it I know and supposedly took pictures of all the damage, I received the car and I drove back to NC but when I got to NC I stop at the gas station to refuel and went to return the car which is not far away from the station so I didn’t go anywhere else, I returned the car and the guy told me the car was damaged I told him the guy from Harrisonburg checked it and took pictures and he told me there are not pictures at all, so that mean the guy from Harrisonburg tried to blame me I damaged the car they know me in the office I returned the car at so the guy found out about what was going on, I’m not trying to say Enterprise is a bad place to rent a car but this particular office in Harrisonburg, VA is not a good trustable place to go to do it so

  This Enterprise was professional, courteous, and the staff were warm and knowledgeable. They gave good reminders for working with insurance and the timeline for returning the rental. The business was fair in the daily business operations. The business is able to do pick-up and drop off if you need to go somewhere within 10 miles of the business location. I was dropped my car off at the mechanic and they picked me up at the scheduled time, and when I returned the rental the staff dropped me back off at the mechanic to pick up my car. 10/10 would rent from here again. Shouts to the staff Ben and Sara for all their help!

  Will definitely use Enterprise again. They accommodated me DESPITE my insurance AGENT SNAFU. Don’t waste your time shopping for rental companies. Choose Enterprise Travel ALWAYS!

  Listen, it's the busy spring, there is chaos and wait time. These employees are fantastic. They are moving fast. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff with better prices than other places!
