    I went to get my battery replaced in my Subaru. It hadn’t been replaced in 13 years and Pete was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He stayed late to finish the job and did it all with a smile on his face. I appreciated your help greatly!

    I am extremely disappointed with the customer service we experienced at this location. My boyfriend stopped in this evening about 15 minutes before closing after breaking a part while working on his truck. He apologized for coming in so close to closing and simply needed help finding the replacement part. Unfortunately, the associate working was very unwilling to assist. He ended up selling my boyfriend the wrong part, and when my boyfriend returned to the store moments later after realizing the mistake, the associate stated he could not help find the correct part because he needed to close the store, before the posted closing time of 9:00 PM. We understand that employees want to leave on time, but refusing to help a customer and closing the store early, especially after providing the incorrect part is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. This experience was very disappointing and not what we expected when coming to this store for help.
