  BEWARE!! I went in for an oil change and they snapped off my coolant cable to my engine. The fluid burnt the worker. They couldn’t fix the problem and their customer service center gave me a bunch of run around by providing a mechanic that never called back after several attempts. Called them back they promised to provide another one. They never called or followed up, never offered rental car, I couldn’t drive my car and I am still fighting to get them to take responsibility for the damage to my car. Told me if I went somewhere else it would be at my own expense and meanwhile I am out if a vehicle while they play games. Now I need to obviously get an attorney to sue for damages. Nightmare never using them again they will mess up your car and create every excuse not to fix their wrong.

  The worst experience ever. I came in with my car working 15 minutes later when I left is was over heating and broke down. They didn’t put the cap back on my coolant. I spoke to Mike the manager and he has not returned my phone call and I have left messages with customer service and Manager Kimberly. Do not go to this place. You will not be driving and no one takes accountability for the actions.

  After doing 50 hours a week, as a single mother of two, I checked my phone and got the notification about my car needing an oil change. I headed to this location just for the technician to say head down the street to the one at Chik fi lay. This location did not have my oil filter. They were nice but Corporate needs to do better moving forward. I do not like my time being wasted. Yes, working at Burger King, I do know it’s MANAGEMENT but this was a big waste of my time. The location by Chik fi lay. I’ll go there from now on. Corporate, make sure you have filters in stock for All Vehicles. Ask. Check. Managers, we are customers. Check your inventory at the end of the day to ensure customers are not wasting their time. I work and I HATE my time being wasted. Car maintenance along with two kids about to start school, pick up and drop off is MANDATORY in this day and age. I work full time and I do hold Valvoline in my pocket as #1 for oil change needs. But this location need some cocoa butter. 5 stars to your sister location near Chik fi Lay. They got me right. Scanner ain’t work. But that coupon and they had my oil filter. 100% made me smile and customer service was TEA! 🫖 ❤️

  The guy that was telling me to come into the bay tolled his eyes at me got an attitude. I asked for my reciept they said it was emailed i always get it printed out. They werent going to give me the sticker to put on my car when to return. They were very unprofessional. Going back and forth if i should ever return to valvoline to get an oil change again. This is the first time i have ever experience a time like this at this location. I can always feel and hear them under my car and i didnt feel them change anything underneath. They were in a huge rush. Very unprofessional people. Dont even want to give them a one star. My other experiences i have had i would a 5 but recent experience the worse

  I had a great experience at Valvoline! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what was being done to my car. The service was quick and efficient, but I never felt rushed. I’ll absolutely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone!
