  We had visited Newport News to see our son graduate, and one year later his best friend graduate. Each time we had a flat tire on a rental car… no really! The people that Hornsby tire and service center got us in and out BOTH TIMES so we could enjoy our day and still make our flight back home. I can’t recommend them enough, whether you are visiting Newport News or live there. Thank you again for outstanding service and a spectacular experience.

  Terrance was absolutely amazing! His customer service goes beyond what can be typed here. He was very fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and most of all friendly. My interaction with him and the shop made me feel at home considering I am not from the area. He assured and reassured that my problem was an easy fix and he would have me out in no time and he did just that! I highly consider coming to Tire Choice for any of your mechanical needs. Ask for Terrance if you can! A home away from home during your time of stress is always the best feeling. Thank you Terrance and Tire Choice!!!

  I've shopped at Tire Choice for over 8 years, the store I live near was closed on Sunday when it should have been opened from 9am to 5pm. Highly disappointed with that location 1900 block of Cunningham an Mercury Blvd. Went to the other one on Mercury Blvd and they did it fast and im happy 😊

  I've been coming to this shop for a couple of years and have received consistent quality service. Terrance explains everything thats needed with great detail. I always leave with a clear understanding of all of my options. All of the mechanics I have experienced has also made every visit comfotable and satisfying. They don't just build business but they build relationships! Thank you guys. If you want value and quality choosing this place is a no brainer.
