  Ryan and Jeremiah were the best!! Ryan was a huge help after the tragic morning I had before walking in. Jeremiah put the new tire on my car in decent time. And I was on my way home swiftly and safely. Thank you Ryan and Jeremiah for your assistance and your service!!! Tire choice is definitely lucky to have you both as employees!! Thanks tire choice!! Only issue I would say I had was being quoted $59.98 but then finding out my one tire was $189.99 but I needed that tire and that's just what happens when you have low profile tires I guess. Haha

  IF I WAS ABLE TO GIVE ZERO STARS OR NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!!!! The experience was TERRIBLE!!!! Went there to either get my rear driver side tire plugged or to get a new tire if it could not be plugged. Dropped my car off at 1030am. Was called by "Gabby" advising me that my car was done around 1 or so. Upon arriving the tire that I had the issue with was still flat on the ground. I went back into the show room and asked "Gabby" was she sure that my car was serviced because the tire that I had the issue with was still flat. She then go to take a look for herself and proceeds to the mechanic bay area. She comes back and says that the mechanic saw nothing wrong with the driver side rear tire (YES THE FLAT ONE) and that he plugged the passenger side rear (WHICH TO MY KNOWLEDGE HAD NO ISSUES). So I asked what did I pay for if the tire is still flat. She says the plugging of the other tire!!!! I said that I didnt have an issue with that tire and I didnt give permission for that work to be done. I said the driver side rear tire was flat. I then said u mean to tell me he drove on the flat tire into the bay and drove back out and parked the car with the flat tire AFTER plugging a tire that had no issue. Then "Gabby" comes back saying that I need a new tire that the inside sidewall had a blowout and there were 2 bubbles present. I then went into the bay and inspected the tire myself. No bubbles and no blowout. "Gabby" then gets an attitude because things are being questioned about the work and the integrity of the work that was supposedly done. After another 90 minutes, I ended up paying for a new tire that I didnt feel that I needed after being charged for the plugging of the non damaged tire (which was refunded). After telling her how poor the service was and asking for the number for corporate, she points to the door and says that she was having a bad day. Im sorry but that isnt my problem. All I wanted was competency. She then gets mad and storms out of the showroom and slams a door in the back. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!!!

  It’s been 4 days since we took the car to the shop , my boyfriend already paid for the service they tell us it’s going to be ready yesterday so we go up they still working on it will be done it the morning and we call again today and the car is not ready ? Why ? Because they only have two workers this is unprofessional as hell i feel like they are playing with his money

  The corporate office did the scheduling and has no clue what is happening on site. This causes overnbooking, longer wait times and stress on the employees. The mechanic and front desk were excellent and knowledgeable But corporate need to get it together...
