  Went in for an oil change, tire balance and rotation. I probably should have known not to take the last appointment on a Saturday, appointment time 5:30 and the store closing time was 6:00. I had a 5 hour 300 mile drive ahead of me early the next morning so this worked for me. After the work was completed my van was backed out rod the garage into the parking lot. I was handed the keys and let out of the locked store. Started the van only to see the Check Gauges light illumined on tbe dash. A scan of the dash didn’t quickly jump out as I was more focused on the voltmeter, then I saw it. The oil pressure gauge read 0. I quickly shut the van off and made my way back to the front door. Luckily the staff was still at the front counter. I informed them of the issue and the van was driven back into the garage bay. I was informed the technician who did my oil change, drained the old oil but did not put fresh oil back in. So the van was being operated without oil. Not sure why the technician didn’t see the light or oil pressure gauge on the dash, let alone didn’t check the dipstick as a checklist item. My concern now is the operation of the motor without oil may have caused some damage. If my van didn’t have an oil pressure gauge I most likely would have driven away to troubleshoot the light later. I wouldn’t have made it very far and I’d be without a vehicle. This would have also affected my trip back home, no vehicle to get there. Given that the technician forgot the oil, I also have concern if I received the tire rotation and balance, or at least the road force balance I requested. I explained that I’ve had standard balancing several times at other shops and he the shake I experience between 59 and 71 mph hasn’t been resolved. Thusly I wanted a road force balance. For the 300 mile ride the shake was still there. So this is why I question if I even received the service or the proper service. The van was not test driven afterwards to confirm if the balance problem was resolved before giving the vehicle back to me. But it may have been for the best that it wasn’t test driven as I’m most certain the motor would have experienced a catastrophic failure due to no oil during that drive. To be forced to give one star seems unfair to consumers, there should be an option to give a negative number. I strongly recommend others to either not visit this location or to thoroughly check the services performed, which includes checking the oil level on the dipstick. Oh yeah, the store manager told me the van didn’t have enough oil and they topped it off. Unfortunately for her, I have extreme auditory ability and heard that no oil was added. I asked her what the issue was just to see if she would tell me the truth.

  The customer service was great the manager she was amazing. Overall, my experience there was fast and efficient and I will be coming back.

  Great service! I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Found small nail in my tire and patched it.

  Was not able to change my tires, front desk workers breathe smelled of alcohol, and when i got home after 3 hours of waiting i look back at my truck to find that i was driving with a flat tire after they had just reinstalled them. Turns out a plug on the inside of my tire was not reinstalled correctly. Will not recommend.

  Overall great experience at tire choice on Cunningham Dr. in Hampton, Virginia. My appointment was on time and the installation, mount and balance went great. Thanks to Ryan and the Sunday staff that took great care of my car. This location by far is the best one in the area, and highly recommended . 5 Stars from a satisfied customer in me.
