  I called and got an appointment the same day. I had a bolt in my tire and Byron helped me choose the right tire, replaced in within 30 minutes. He was very professional and polite. This was the BEST customer service EVER! Thanks so much Byron!

  Do not recommend this place at all! I had an appointment for 10am to get tires and wheels installed. I told the guy at the front desk that I had them in my wife’s vehicle but installing it on mine. He tells me to leave it outside one of the bays. I did as he said but I’m not walking away from it until you bring it in the shop, because it’s worth $3,000. They didn’t get my car in and start working on it until 1130am. I was given no updates the entire time I was there and the workers kept seeming to walk away / leave the building. One weird guy with long hair and cowboy hat was smoking weed in the back and just standing there and left with his (I’m assuming) girlfriend. Then came back about 20 minutes later. It took 3 hours to get 4 tires and wheels installed. The front desk guy mounted my tires and inflated them around 1145. The install seemed to be going ok until I noticed all of them crowding around my front right tire. They took it off and put it back on. I heard front desk guy say “probably a manufacturer defect”. Then they lowered the car and he left with it down the road. Even if you’re driving it to check my tire pressure you should’ve said something first, not just drive off with no word. If you would’ve asked if it was ok to drive it down to check, I would’ve said no. Then when he came back he was talking to someone else and said he was going to ring me up but never told me. I walked in and he gave me a receipt. I asked him about what I heard. He said oh we fixed it. I asked “so it’s good now?”, he said yes it’s good. As I drove my tires were at like 44psi, car recommends 32 which is also the range the tire recommends. As I drove it went to 47psi. All of them were different pressures. Then i realized my tire was not good. It was leaking air badly. I took it to another shop (because why would I take it back to such a shady, low quality place) and had them swap wheels with another. Problem solved. Also on removal I noticed he scratched up my wheels when installing them. Only nice person was the youngest kid there. He seemed to care, everyone else is smoking weed and tearing up peoples property not saying anything and over inflating to compensate and get you out of there.

  I’ve been coming here for a while now, and they never disappoint! Every time I need an oil change or new tires, the service is always fast, professional, and efficient. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they get the job done right without wasting your time.

  After a flat tire on an old set of tires, I was grateful that Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Hampton was open on a Sunday. They didn't have my tire size in stock (most places don't), but could get four of my desired tires by the next morning, which conveniently worked well with my plans that day. I had done research and was between two brands of tires, and Bryon gave his professional advice for which one to purchase (The Continental CrossContact LX25). I'm very happy with that choice. Since my vehicle was there overnight, they brought it into the shop after the shop closed that day, which I appreciated for security. Byron was the only employee working that day, so his hands were full with work at the desk and on the phone and in the shop. He handled everything gracefully and efficiently. He was a great help and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. I would recommend this location for future tire needs.
