  Terrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment at 7:30am for tires and alignment. I waited at the door for what felt like 10 minutes, then when I was finally acknowledged I wasn’t even let into the building. The technician opened the door and immediately started questioning why I was there. He then states that there isn’t a tech to do wheel alignments and that he couldn’t help me at all, completely dismissing that I also intended on purchasing four tires. Awful customer service. Very uncalled for.

  Staff is friendly and explains things before they work on the vehicle. I didn't have my receipt for 2 of my tires but I did for the other 2. I needed to get them reballanced. They discounted the price for the 2 I didn't have the receipt for. Tires are reasonably priced. AWESOME!!!

  CANNOT recommend this place enough. My tire was giving them so much trouble and they were incredibly patient, and ended up replacing it for no extra charge because of how difficult it was being. Genuinely so unbelievably kind, will absolutely be returning if I ever have any trouble again.

  I limped my car in early one morning having gone over a nail the night before. I did not have to wait long for the puncture to be seen to, the guy who did the repair was very friendly and was so quick repairing my wheel that I even made it to work on time. Did I mention they were very reasonable in price too?

  Made an appointment for a tire plug and when I got there 30 minutes early the only technician that was there left and the guy at the desk couldn't help me either..
