  I took my vehicle here because I was having a vibration whenever I break. I had my breaks and rotors done and apparently they was bad. Richard help me and him and his team was very professional and got my vehicle working normal again. Great job guys. Give them a raise because no one would check this for me.

  Great experience at NTB Tire. They got me in quickly without a long wait and completed the work even faster than I expected. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. Overall, efficient service and a smooth experience. I would definitely come back again.

  I had a 9am appointment Sunday, May 10 for an alignment and tire rotation. I was the second person to check in when they opened, 2 others were behind me. Two hours later I realized I haven't heard anything and everyone else is gone and new people have checked in. When I inquired about my vehicle, the person behind the desk (I don't know her name) said "he" was working on it and she would check on it....never came back to me to say anything! At 12 (now 3 hours there) I ask what's going on and get the same answer "he's working on it"! And she was so nonchalant about it!! I was livid, everyone that came in with me was gone, people that came in after me were gone. Finally at 12:30, they finished with my car....3.5 hours later! No apology, no nothing, just "your car is ready". I was infuriated, I didn't even wait for paperwork. She handed me my keys, I walked straight out the door. I will NEVER bring my car back and I recommend that no one take their car there either. 3.5 hours....ridiculous....AND, no apology.....no nothing!

  Every time I go to this NTB location the staff is very kind, helpful, and efficient. My diagnostics are always thoroughly explained that way I know the next steps to take when it comes to maintaining my vehicle. I know I can trust this location and staff with my car.

  Redd was extremely friendly and professional. I came in with an issue with my breaks. They noticed I had another issue with my vehicle (I knew about it prior) and informed me and asked me if they wanted to address that as well. Redd was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong and how it could be rectified. They fixed my issue quickly the same day without incident. The facility was clean and spacious. 10/10 would recommend.
