  After getting in an accident I scheduled a pick up time and reserved a minivan as part of my claim. Not only did these guys show up over a half hour late but they showed up in a compact saying "This is what we have" why even have a reservation process?? Transfer the reserved vehicle from another location, bring me to another location that has what I need, don't tell me a tiny car is "what you have". The worst part is no discount or concession was offered, just "take this car you don't want or don't have a rental".

  1 STAR BUT ACUTAL ZERO STARS! THE MANGER ON DUTY MR. BENTON WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND NEEDS TO BE TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IMMEDIATLY. I WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING CORPRATE ABOUT THIS MANAGERS BEHAVIOR.

  The vehicle you reserve, is not usual the vehicle you get. Enterprise is never prepared for your reservation.The Enterprise at Mercury and Armstead is the WORST.
