  I’ve been renting from this Enterprise location since May, and from day one, Will’s customer service has made me glad to give them my business. The service here is truly exceptional — yesterday, I accidentally left personal items in the car and didn’t realize it until late in the evening. I went to the location first thing this morning fully expecting the worst — honestly, I figured my things would already be thrown away. Instead, the team had everything ready and waiting for me. That level of care is exactly why I’m writing this review. Every single time I walk in, Will and his team go above and beyond to elevate my experience. From day-to-day service to moments like this one, they consistently exceed expectations. I’ll continue my loyalty to this location — they’ve earned it.

  This is for the Enterprise at 3004 Mercury Blvd in Hampton VA. While in the area recently on vacation my car ended up at a local dealer for repair. It ended up needing a new transmission that would take about a week. I called a number of rental agencies in the area and none had cars available. Enterprise was able to make accommodations and get me into a car on Saturday so I could make the drive back home. Dante, my apologies if the spelling is wrong, at the location actually got me into the car on Friday night as he had an SUV coming in, same as I had requested. Dante also handled my return, both done quickly and efficiently. I believe it was Larry that gave me a ride back down to the dealership. Excellent customer service beginning to end, and going above and beyond to help a stranded traveler.

  While I normally have a great experience at this location, today was not one of those experiences. I was called the day before and asked to come in at 9 because my car would be ready then. I agreed. I came in at the requested time, and had to wait over an hour for a vehicle and it wasn’t even the vehicle I requested to rent. The regular gentleman that works here happened to be on vacation (which he absolutely deserves). So, the gentleman working didn’t know ANYTHING. He put someone else in the car I reserved and asked me to wait for them to bring me another car from another Enterprise. Never again. I will be taking my money and my business elsewhere. Because this is absolutely unnecessary and unprofessional.

  was supposed to pick up a rental they even confirmed our reservation get their and they have no cars for us. absolutely nothing in the back for us to have. definitely don’t recommend.
