  I really don’t recommend this place. I booked three weeks out, got there and was told they didn’t have the rental. Where’s the communication?! I have a whole family vacay I’m leaving out for today, and there’s no rental? Be forreal.

  The other Mercury Enterprise cancelled my reservation less than 24 hours before my pickup because they did not in fact have any pickup trucks available. I call this Enterprise to reserve a pickup. I specifically ask the lady on the phone (who's clearly in an outsourced call center) to make sure this Enterprise has a pickup truck available. She says yes and makes the reservation. Seven hours later, at 5:30pm, Enterprise calls me to tell me they in fact do not have any pickup trucks available.

  Terrible customer service If you say your office is supposed to be open at 8 but at 8am no one is there for another 15 minutes, it is very unprofessional

  DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I am at a complete loss when trying to understand the rental car industry business model. Almost EVERY SINGLE time I try to rent a car there is an issue. I had an SUV scheduled for a 4 day trip. Tried picking it up so I could leave town an hr later and NOTHING! I was told they tried to call me at noon (I tried getting the car at 3pm) at some number that has an area code I've never heard of to let me know they didnt have any cars. Then he told me NO Enterprise withing 50 miles of me had an available car. I was also told that they had 18 reservations this morning and only 3 vehicles to give out. What?!?! Who in their right mind thinks that's ok? Screw these people
