We always rent from Enterprise. The employees at that Hampton location are really nice, attentive, and very knowledgeable. When they see us, they greet us with a smile every time. When I reserve a vehicle, they always have the vehicle class I reserve, except last week (graduation weekend), we were given a Mid-Size SUV; not as spacious, but the only other option was to cancel the appointment that was made six months ago, so we went with it. We did receive a discount for the inconvenience, which was very thoughtful; another reason why we only rent from Enterprise, THE BEST RENTAL COMPANY, WITH THE BEST EMPLOYEES—HAMPTON LOCATION!!!
They’re rude. We spoke with this one Black female at the desk and she was rude. She had an attitude the entire encounter. She proceeded to check my documents and was rude after finding out I was from another state for some reason. Very unprofessional and rude.
I booked a premium crossover, they didn’t have any in stock due to military renting them out. Shoutout to the manager Roy who went above and beyond making sure I left with a premium crossover for my family vacation.
Made a reservation for a car. Went to pick up the car and they said they are sold out! What was the point of us making a reservation then? Beware! Just because you make a reservation doesn’t mean you will get a car!!!!!!

Awful customer service. Tannie, the assistant manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting me with my insurance claim and helping me secure a rental, she allowed her personal feelings to influence her decision and refused to provide service. She even hung up on me during the conversation.
I requested to speak with her manager, Delroy, but he refused to come to the phone or address my concerns. This lack of accountability and basic customer service is unacceptable.
No customer should be treated this way, especially when dealing with an already stressful situation like an insurance claim. This experience reflects very poorly on the location, and I would not recommend their services to others.
