  This was my favorite spot to rent however you reserve a vehicle days out for them to call you on the day of your trip to say we're sold out ! What does the word reserved mean why even reserve on the site if this is what you do , very disappointing was really happy with this location and maybe it's just enterprise policy not the location but now I need a change .

  The costumer service at this location was horrible. I had two seperate reservations, one confirmed thru corporate, one I came in to the branch the day before to set up in person. I called the branch several times, but got no answer. When I came to the location the girl at the counter who helped me told me they were just about to call me, and that they didn't answer my calls because they were the only ones there. Mind you they had no customers in the branch at the time. It's not that they couldn't accommodate a reservation that had already been confirmed. I understand things happen. It was that she showed no concern, almost disdain for the circumstances I was in do to there lack of professionalism. This branch used to be well run. Been is great but when he's not there it's down hill costumer service at best...

  This place completely wasted my time. Their system allowed me to make a reservation, but when I arrived, I was told they were sold out. It’s extremely frustrating to make the trip based on a confirmed reservation only to find out that they can’t honor it. Their reservation system clearly needs to be improved. Very disappointing experience.

  Horrible experience with Enterprise. Their car broke down and they wanted me to pay for emergency road service! Would never use teir company again.
