Zero stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a 9am pick up rental through insurance. They were late picking up and gave away the rental. They would not honor the insurance daily rate. But wait, there is more. The manager left my daughter without service after falsely claiming the reservation was locked. Just walked away and started helping other customers. Needless to say, I canceled the reservation and took my and Geico's money elsewhere. Worst experience ever.

This location needs to be shut down. They don’t know what’s going on they don’t tell the truth and they probably don’t have your reservation no matter how far out you make your reservation.
Two weeks ago, we placed a reservation for a premium suv at our local location. We called and validated our reservation and were told that they didn’t have the SUV but could guarantee that they have a van for us.
On the day that we were picking up, we were told they couldn’t edit the reservation and that we should cancel and rebook the van that they promised.
When we got to the location, we were told they have no vehicle at all for us nor did they ever have one. One day from our trip, we’re left with absolutely nothing. Completely unprofessional to hear that they do not review the reservations at all, until a day prior to inform people so they can plan.

We made a reservation online 4 days ago and when we went in today the guy at the counter told us our reservation was canceled two days ago because it has to be made a week and half out...Yet reviews show people called and got one the same day or if your in an accident you can get one the same day through insurance. Why let people make an online reservation if your not going to honor it. This puts people in a bad situation. He made absolutely no effort to rectify the situation. It appeared the man in front of us was having the same issue with effort from the man behind the counter to help him either.
