  The worst location ever. They never have parts in stock as advertised on their site per location of inventory. There's always a line, just to check out. 2 people in there....1's taking her time and the other's just ignoring everybody on his phone. Not very customer service-oriented. You're better off just ordering online and hoping that the stuff gets shipped to you on time, and even that's an issue as of late. And definitely do not even try to order online or order on the app and pick up in store because they'll never have your stuff ready and they'll have you waiting like for can of cleaner, they're waiting a whole week, just for something so quick and easy to pick up.

  I arrived at about 5:20 pm to a pretty much empty store. Helped myself to finding the wiper blades I wanted, no help was required but none was offered either. I approached the register and the "lead" was discussing something with a middle aged woman who left to see what was happening with the jump starting of a car in the parking lot. The crew person wasn't interested in  anything except ringing my purchase and getting me out the door. He didn’t ask if I found everything I needed. And he didn't offer to install the wiper blades, I just paid $60+ dollars for! And when I inquired if they could be installed he said he would send someone out. So I went out and stood at my car against the front fender holding the wiper blades in plain sight. There was one young crew member helping the earlier mentioned woman and her mother with a battery charging issue. He jumped it , then had them turn it off and tested the battery, while he was doing so he was joined by another young crew member who looked over his shoulder a minute and then ignored me waiting and returned to the store. After testing and jumping a second time he felt it was likely the alternator and told them so . The ladies left and as he was gathering his equipment he asked if he could help me. I said I was still waiting for the guy inside to send someone to install the wiper blades. He shook his head and asked me to wait while he put the equipment away. Why the equipment couldn't sit on the sidewalk for 5 more minutes like it had been, while he installed my wiper blades is beyond me.  He returned to the store. At 5:50 the original crew member that handled my purchase walks out with attitude and I simply said No! I had waited that long I'd wait for the young man who had been polite to me. He argued that he was busy with customers and so was the other crew member. Rather odd that there was 1 vehicle that left during the time was I waiting and that was very shortly after I started waiting. No one else was there. I waited to see if the young crew member was allowed to come back and assist me. He evidently was told not to, I left the parking lot at 5:57.  I don’t expect anything for free, anytime I’m helped with wipers, testing, code check whatever the extra service is I always slide the crew member 5 or 10 especially if it’s cold or raining. Auto Zone it’s time to do better.

  I checked item is available for pickup in store. I went there they just looked my face and said we are not selling this item to ordinary people.
