  I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Peter B. an excellent associates who went above and beyond for me and my son. He didn’t just sell us a battery, he took the time to properly check it using their diagnostic tool and clearly explained why a replacement was needed. What really stood out was how patient and respectful he was, making sure both my son and I understood the process. He walked us through everything step-by-step and even helped with the replacement, which made the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We left feeling confident and taken care of. Definitely a five-star experience! I’ll be coming back here for any future car needs!

  Needed to get a new battery and the staff was very friendly and helpful and she was able to get the job done quick. 10/10 would come here again if I was in need of any other help with my vehicle or parts :)

  Absolute outstanding customer service at this location, the only auto parts store I’ll come to in the area. Jamie was able to take care of wha I needed and went above and beyond to help get me taken care of. You will never be disappointed with the service here. Thank you again big shout out to Jamie!

  The workers were very rude and not helpful at all. I ended up going to Advance auto. The price was higher but the service was better.
