The team member looked my car up and sold me my windshield wiper. Come back today to get the other side replaced and another team member looked my car up and informed me I need a size 26 and 18.Well, the 1st team member sold me the wrong size and versus fixing the issue and showing some empathy. I received excuses and the "I don't know I wasn't here" talk. Let, alone didn't place my military discount on my new wiper. I feel if it's my money and my car and no fault of mine then, the minor issue should be corrected. What are warranties for?

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
