  As a first time car renter this was great! Sean and the rest of the staff really worked hard to get me my reservation on time, including staying late, making sure I got an even better car than my original option, dealing with tech issues, and more. They got it done, I had the best time with my rental, and when I returned it they ran through what i needed made sure everything was good and i was in and out in minutes! seriousky impressed and really grateful to them all, definitly going to use them again next time I rent a car!!!!!

  Much easier than I thought. I booked it online. Went down and picked up the car. The guys were very friendly and helpful

  This is the 3rd time I have used this Enterprise location. They have consistently provided efficient, professional service; including pick-up/drop-off to location 30 min away. When I made the resv online then called To confirm that pick up would be available I was told that they currently did not have the suv I’d requested but a sedan was the next choice. Disappointing but not the end of the world. I spoke w Sean this morning to confirm pick-up; he reiterated that suv was not available “unless one comes in soon”. I was very pleased when he showed up in an suv - one had come in and he got it cleaned and turned around for me! Great service!!! Highly recommend

  Made a reservation at noon on the day before pickup. Called their office ahead of time to confirm there was a vehicle the next morning at 8. Received a call at 7:30 the next morning before they were even open to cancel my reservation. Will not use enterprise again. Wish I could give no stars
