Excellent service! I brought my car in for a flat repair and had a great experience from start to finish. Stephen was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The service was quick and efficient, and I really appreciated how well I was treated. Highly recommend this NTB location in Glen Allen!

Great service and they took a same-day service request after I found a screw in my tire. Stephen assessed it quickly and simply removed the screw (did not puncture). Since there was no repair, they told me no charge, even though I insisted. Will use these folks again in the future.

Jayson helped me out at NTB! I stopped in the day before with a nail in my tire. I was in a rush and was offered help right away. I got directions on how to find my tire size on the website so I could utilize a discount and set up an appointment for the next day. I was able to drop my car off and come back. I felt like the right amount of care and service was supplied. Thanks NTB in short pump.

Stephen H and Jeremiah M are outstanding employees. I, unfortunately got a nail in my tire and was losing air fast. I came in late in the day asking if the tire could be patched. Stephen checked out my tire and let me know where the nail was located that I would need a new tire. Even though they were incredibly busy, I did ask if somehow they could please fit me in, and Stephen let me know realistically that there were many other customers ahead of me that he would have to prioritize but he said he would also get me in but I would have to stick around for awhile. I watched many customers come and go and call on the phone repeatedly and the team was always, courteous, professional, and attentive to everyone’s needs. They fixed my issue and got me out in great time! A class act!! I trust this business and will remain a customer!

I would like to take a moment to recognize two outstanding employees at NTB, Jeremiah and Stephen, for going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. I wasn’t able to make it to the store until about an hour before closing, and despite multiple customers coming in and out, these two gentlemen remained professional, patient, courteous, and incredibly informative. They took the time to thoroughly explain my concerns and make sure I understood everything before moving forward. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience, even though it was nearing the end of the day. What stood out to me most was the way they treated every customer. They were patient with each person, gave everyone their full attention, and never made anyone feel rushed simply because closing time was approaching. That level of professionalism and genuine customer care is something you don’t see often enough. Great customer service like this is extremely appreciated and, in my opinion, is what makes a business stand out. Far too often, people take the time to share negative experiences, but exceptional service deserves recognition just as much—if not more. NTB will absolutely continue to have my respect and my business because of employees like Jeremiah and Stephen. Please recognize these two gentlemen for their outstanding work and for representing NTB so well. They truly went above and beyond, and their effort did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Stephen and Jeremiah, for making my experience such a positive one. You guys are a credit to NTB!
