  I can’t even articulate how well I was treated. The manager went above and beyond to make my car roadworthy. Would highly recommend using this shop for all car issues - knowledgeable, compassionate and honest! Thank you so much!

  They had my car in and out under an hour. My technician was very knowledgeable and gave me a thorough description of other issues I may need handled soon. I will definitely be returning for the service and work!! Thank you, guys!!!

  Garcia and Patrick were very friendly and competent. They were able to answer my questions thoroughly with expertise. This assured me my car would be fixed properly. The service time was reasonable and so was the price. My rear brake pads and rotors were replaced and the brakes flushed.

  I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation appointment, which they told me would take 30 to 45 minutes. They tried to upsell me on new tires and additional services. I told the kind receptionist that I was not interested and she told the manager on duty, Chris (Regional Manager). He then came into the waiting area to verify, not once, but twice that I was declining. After I declined the 2nd time, my car just sat there on the lift. After about 55 mins I told them I needed to go, and they said I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Total wait time was about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Take your car elsewhere for basic services, especially if you don't want to get questioned (harassed) multiple times about your service selections. The next day, the tire pressure sensor indicator came on. They left the tire pressure at 23 psi for one tire that should be 35 psi. I took it to get checked elsewhere... no leaks.

  I want to say this has been hands down the best experience I’ve ever gotten when it comes to getting some work done on my car. I had a minor accident happen and drove straight to NTB afterwards to get my car checked. Not only did they take me right away, but they helped me more than they will ever know. I was treated as a human and not a dollar sign and for that I will forever be a customer! Special shoutout to Chris! Thank you so much for your help and your desire to help out your clients!
