  Dropped my car off just before closing last night for the state inspection. The gentleman at the windows tells me that'll be just fine they'll get it done the next day and they've got 4 other cars in front me. They then wait until 4:30 today to call and "Make sure its okay to do it on Friday" when I asked why it hadn't been done today they just said the got tied up with the other cars in front of me. At no point did they acknowledge or apologize for the inconvenience. I wish that they had called me earlier in the day when I might have had a chance to get this done, or better yet have told me yesterday that they wouldn't be able to do it so I could have at least had the option to try and get it done today. Last time we used them they were unclear on the price of the diagnostic with the repair, meaning he didn't know exactly how much we were paying until after the repairs had already been done and it was $200 more than we were expecting. Overall very poor communication skills.

  Excellent customer service. I had a flat tire and they fixed for me free of charge, and it was done in less than 2 hours. Recommended!

  Incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful staff (But ONLY the staff whom work *INSIDE* of the store itself!!) However - The staff and car mechanics whom work in the back garage & bay door area, HORRIBLE customer service, UNPROFESSIONAL and untrained (to the point that some of these guys have NO business even be touching your car!), they aren’t very careful when handling the cars they pull inside of the garage bays, as well as while working on them either. One of their car inspectors working here is very adamant about up-charging customers, (usually younger customers, but mainly females), for parts, repair costs, and unnecessary labor fees required, in order for their car to “pass inspection.” Just use caution when you take your car here especially, and don’t be afraid to research a price quote before you give them the “okay,” to proceed. (But I guess that’s anywhere really). This is a well-respected company with a good reputation, so I was a little disappointed by both the lack of professionalism and common decency, in regards to the vehicle servicer(s) themselves, at this location.

  Update 2025, stopped using the after 9 years when the stopped servicing check engine lights and also telling me after the last 3 yearly state inspections that my brakes wouldn't pass the next inspection. I can't recommend them anymore. We have great service every time we have taken our vehicles in and they fix our cars without any issues. We generally get our car back the same day unless they are really busy then the next day.
