  So I live in Maryland and was on my way to North Carolina for a funeral and had car trouble, had AAA tow my Tahoe to the dealership and had the tow company drop me off at this enterprise location they were helpful and got me on my way in a jeep wagoneer which is what I need since I had my whole family with me 7 people, but when I got home 2 days later my warranty people called and said that my engine was needing replaced and was going to take a while, so I went to the enterprise in La Plata(where I live) basically got a smaller car cause it was cheaper and talked with them explained my situation and I still needed to take this jeep back to Va and they said oh for $150 you can just leave it here. Saving 3 hours so I said sure. The La plata location did said I needed to call the Va location and let them know so I did. That’s when the issues started. Because it was a large suv they were not doing one way (it had Louisiana plates) so now they are keeping my 300 deposit. I thought that’s what they did, was be flexible since they have locations everywhere but no they need there suv back or they keep the deposit. A suv that has Louisiana plates and they are in Va, someone please make this make since. I was willing to pay the 150 drop fee but why keep my 300 also?

  Waited 2 hours for a car that smelled like a bar ashtray and also had damage. The people are friendly, but they need to communicate more honestly. Better to say you don't have a car than give out a dumpster fire. Could have been too 1 of 5 different locations then the time it took to wait while being told "just a little longer"

  Outstanding service and customer care. Friendly and helpful staff. The Kia Carnival was a great vacation vehicle. Smooth ride and comfortable for passengers. Enterprise is to be commended.

  Great car, great service. Need to fill up with gas close to return though as gas gauge can say full,but it isn't and they hit you very high gas charge.

  This was the most pleasant, easiest and efficient rental car experience I have ever had. Perfect.
