  I had a great experience at Mr. Tire in Gainesville, VA. The service was fast, efficient, and thorough. The staff was very kind, attentive, and professional, and they made sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciated the quick service and friendly customer care. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and professional automotive service.

  Beware online scheduling here. Ordered a tire through Tire Rack to replace a damaged one and Mr. Tire was no.1 on the recommended shop list & cheapest at $29.99. I used their online scheduling for a 7:30-11am appointment slot but when I arrived admittedly closer to but not later than 11am, the guy told me I missed my 7:30am appointment? After trying to clarify that and getting nowhere we tried to still make my appointment work; was just dropping off a loose wheel and tire I didn't even need to wait I'd come back later to pick it up. He couldn't pull up my Tire Rack order so told me since I was supplying my own tire the price would now be $45.99. Honestly we probably could have worked this out to the $29.99 price since I did have a Tire Rack tire I just shipped it to myself instead of directly to Mr. Tire, but going around and around with the guy I finally just said I was gonna go somewhere else.

  First of all, major props for being open on Sunday. I don't understand why so many places aren't! I was able to quickly secure an appt. and get seen, and had my issue resolved within 24 hours. The tech I talked to was straightforward and helpful.

  We had a brake down of my wife’s jeep during our travels through town. They went above and beyond with service. Staying over an hour later than when they close to ensure we got back on the road safely. Had all new brakes, calipers, rotors and brake lines replaced on all 4 wheels in less than 3 hours. Super friendly and very accommodating. I would give them a 110% on effort and support and overall customer satisfaction. Thank you for making the necessary repairs to our Jeep and getting us back on the road safely.

  I paid over $1,000 to have two rear tires replaced on my car at Mr. Tire, and the experience was extremely disappointing. After the installation, I immediately noticed that one of the rear rims was damaged — damage that was not there before the service. When I brought it to their attention, the staff insisted the damage was “already there,” which is simply not true. I take very good care of my car, and I know the condition of my wheels before any service. Instead of taking responsibility or even investigating properly, they dismissed my concern. For the amount of money I spent, I expected professional work and accountability. Instead, I left with damaged rim and zero ownership from the shop. I would strongly caution anyone considering tire service here to document everything before and after, or better yet, choose a shop that stands behind their work, if possible.
