Every time I have used Mr Tire (tires, brakes, filters, oil change, tub ups, inspections), they have been very thorough in their review of the issue and kept me informed of timing and delays. They also imformed of the puberty reasonalble price before starting.I definately will be returning.

I’ve used Mr. Tire in Gainesville several times over the years and have even purchased tires there. My experiences have consistently been very positive. Last week, I brought in one of my vehicles for an inspection, new rear rotors and brake pads, and a check of the tire pressure warning light. The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. The only downside was the six-hour wait, but sometimes that’s just how it goes. This morning, I brought in my second vehicle for its inspection, and everything went smoothly with no issues. The staff is always professional, courteous, and straightforward. I’ve never had a problem with their service, and I appreciate the consistent quality of their work. I’d definitely recommend Mr. Tire in Gainesville to anyone looking for reliable automotive service.

One of the service advisors here is extremely rude. Don’t bother coming if he’s working. They use an Indian call center now to trick you’ll into coming when they don’t actually have availability. They also refuse to patch EV tires now. Steer clear from here

Had a great experience at Mr. Tire. The gentlemen at the counter help through the process as if I was the only customer there, even though the shop was full of work. I will be back for additional services.

Scheduled an appointment and picked tires a week in advance. I arrived on time and the tires weren’t in stock. This same situation occurred for two other customers that morning. If you are going to give appointments, you have to ensure the tires are there. It took 3 hours to get the tires from the warehouse and have them mounted. This should not happen
