  I went to get a state inspection early in the morning. There wasn’t a long line or any people there when I entered. I waited for my car to be serviced for over 3 HOURS. Several people who came after me left well before me. I was told the wait time would be less than an hour. I would give 1 star, but Kenny and Xavier were very polite, helpful, and respectful. This was my first time going to that location, but I will not be back.

  I ordered the wrong tires and Miguel went above and beyond to help me out in the time crunch that I was in. I couldn't be more thankful! This place works to get you in and serviced quickly! They are polite and welcoming. Other tire shops always make it seem like you're an inconvenience to them and are always too busy to get you in. Not this place!

  Prompted by Mr. Tire for this review: Great service: Dwight has been my tech for years and Kenny was great to work with. However, I do have a problem with the pricing breakdown. As expected, a need to replace the full AC compressor kit was pricey (5.25hrs totaling $661.50). However, to have an additional charge of $80 for “Full A/C Service” is clearly redundant. Replacing the major components of the AC: compressor/clutch, etc HAS to include charging the system or the AC would not work. It’s like having a separate charge to replace a drain plug during an oil change. This $80 charge should not have occurred. Be mindful of this and other shops double charging.

  I had to have my tires done over the holiday weekend. Overall generally satisfied with this place. Pros: Tires were reasonably priced and ready the next day. Cons: Receipt said: "courtesy inspection" without clarification on what specifically was inspected. I don't have a new inspection sticker and no results of any inspection was discussed with me at any point. Similarly, it also says: "schedule maintenance review" no was performed. Lastly, mildly annoying, even after I told the sales guy that I wanted four tires, he kept pushing me to get four tires. I knew two were bad and I knew the other two weren't far behind. One competitive element they could provide would be to add alignment service any time a customer purchases new tires. Especially if they are buying all four new tires. In the end, they had the car done the same day for the price we agreed without any additional hidden "gotchas".
