  Grace at the Gainesville location was super helpful and patient with me when I went to pick up my rental. The way the insurance processed the rental would have required me to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. She noticed this upon check in and waiting patiently as I tried multiple times to contact my insurance company to re send the claim so that I would not have to pay up front. Ultimately, I was able to have the insurance company resend the claim and I was able to leave with only having to pay the $100 deposit. I appreciated Graces transparency, attention to detail, calm demeanor and honesty. She was very sweet and helpful!

  Tried to rent a car with a 12:00 pickup on a Saturday. They called to confirm on Friday never mentioned that they close at noon on Saturday. I called at 11:50 saying I was 15 minutes away and the lady said she couldn't wait. She then sent me to Manasas but they had no cars. Had to drive to IAD to get a car.

  It was a breath of fresh air to see the turnaround happening in this location! The new manager (Will) truly exudes a "Can do" attitude to build customer confidence! Customers with confirmed reservations should never be told there are no cars available! Luckily the manager thought outside the box by offering me a 15 passenger van for my short trip to work while my car was in the mechanic which worked out great for me and saved my work day! Keep up the good work in rebuilding this location!
