I am not from this area, and as a woman I was worried about going to an auto repair place because I wasn’t sure who would try to scam me or what would happen. My car died completely after arriving in this town and I desperately needed a new battery and oil because I’d run out and the battery was completely dead. But I couldn’t have been more thankful for the people that helped me today! Dale, Anthony, and Sean all were amazing in explaining everything that was wrong with my car, what I needed to do, and what they were able to help me with verse not. My car is a mess, and I knew that but they were able to help replace my battery, get my oil changed, and when there was another piece that wasn’t available that I needed they were able to point me to another location that helped me for a good price and they were willing to reach out to that location to explain what was wrong when I couldn’t. The prices at this place were also very reasonable. I can’t express enough how very kind and helpful these people were, and now I feel confident in driving the 4 hours I need to get back home!!

I gave Valvoline a try years ago after Jiffy Lube screwed up something and pissed me off. I kept going back to Valvoline because they sent me at least one coupon every week in email. Why so many? I drive a lot - I drive for a living, and when it was time, I'd go to the nearest Valvoline that I knew of. I've taken several cars to several Valvoline locations. Yesterday, I was told that my "25% off" coupon was no good, because that coupon came from corporate, and the location where I was had recently been bought from corporate by a franchisee. I've been to Valvoline for service scores of times, probably over 100 times - look it up for yourself - ###-###-####. At least a half dozen cars. For all I know, the coupon I had may have come from a prior visit to the same location. Honoring a coupon and giving me a $19 discount is too much? So now I have to know which locations are corporate and which are franchise, and I have to know which was the source of the coupon? I have an easier plan - there are other places that will be happy to change my oil and top off fluids. Thanks for reminding me on the next page - they forgot to check my lights, and no one offered to reset the maintenance light.
