  I got an oil change. Very Respectful. Got my vehicle in and out. Ackowledged i've spent some time coming there and treated me accordingly. I appreciated that. Anyone in management should be proud of them.

  Huge thank you to the guys at Valvoline Instant Oil Change for the amazing service today! Everyone was so kind, respectful, and helpful the moment I pulled in. They worked quickly but still made sure everything was done right and kept me informed the whole time. Not only was the customer service excellent, but they were also absolutely wonderful with my pup, which meant so much to me. They were friendly, patient, and made both of us feel comfortable and welcomed the entire visit. It’s rare to find a place where the staff genuinely makes you feel valued as a customer, but this team absolutely did. I truly appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and positive energy from the entire crew. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, trustworthy, and genuinely caring service!

  Overall a decent experience but only couple complaints This is mainly for the franchise owners but stop forcing employees to push upcharges every single second of the service. My only other complaint is my air filter was removed when I told them I didn't want it to be touched and the manager verified that. More than likely a communication issue which isn't a big deal at all. It happens. $75 for an oil change with customer supplied oil Overall Anthony and Capri did great no complaints at all about the employees

  I LIVE IN LORTON BUT I DRIVE TO CHANGE OIL IN FRONT ROYAL BECAUSE OF ONE AMZING EMPLOYEE JAMES. I THINK HE IS A MANAGER OWER THEIR. MOST EXPERINCED KHNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON. LAST SUNDAY I WAS THEIR FOR MY OIL CHANGE THEY WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE HE GONE XTRA MILE AND ACCOMODATE ME. DUE TO JAMES I AM THEIR LIFETIME CUSTOMER.

  This is the best oil change service I've ever had. Kicks Jiffy Lube to the curb. Faster, more personalized, better communication. You stay in your drivers seat. Several guys checking out your vehicle, making changes. And reassuring when some inspects are fine. Knowledgeable + clear communication. Quick and affordable. Probably better than others within the VIOC chain but this will be my new go-to place.
