  I don’t recommend getting a tire rotation here. I was leaving and kept hearing a clicking noise as my wheels were turning. I went back three times to see if they could help and they told me to go to a tire shop because they weren’t good with noises. I went to a tire shop in Winchester and they told me they stacked the wheel weights and they were hitting the caliper causing the clicking noise. Thankfully it was an easy fix but it could have been worse. The team should be trained better.

  Newer European cars will be cussed about whose bay it got placed in. Mechanics began googling how to do the oil change. After seeing this and telling them never mind, the mechanic slammed the hood and sent me out with black handprints on the hood of a white car!

  Nashon was amazing, it was so hot and he offered myself and my pregnant daughter an ice cold bottle of water. His kindness was just incredible and Alex was so polite and helpful! I won’t be taking my cars any place else. Top professionalism and a great crew!!

  I want to take a moment to say how thankful I am and give your staff huge props. I broke down in my husbands truck in the drive thru at Starbucks and they were gracious, going above and beyond to help get it into neutral manually, checking to see if it was the battery and helping to push it past the overhang so we could get the Ram 2500 Laramie on the back of the flatbed tow truck. Thank you so much! That is true customer service when folks jump in and go beyond just pay to help folks out. I will certainly be bringing my vehicles there for oil changes.

  I came in because I had a 20% for an oil change. But I forgot to tell the tech until he had already rung up my order. But he said there was no method to void and start over. Can this be fixed?
