  The guys working here are amazing every time, even when I come in melted because work has been rough. Please be nice to them, they make the long difficult drives I do, better. Anytime I had a concern or question, it was addressed promptly and professionally, not in that cold unfeeling way that makes me feel stupid, but actually like my concerns are important and heard. And.. I've liked or loved around 95% of the cars my family and I have rented from here over the years. I cannot recommend them enough.

  I scheduled to rent a mini van at a different location a month before my Cross country roadtrip. The day of, the other location called and said they didn't have any vans available. I called around, and I was told this location had minivans so I changed to pickup here. After I changed my booking, this location called me to say they didn't have any minivans but they had the lot "full" of SUVs for me to choose from, so I said ok that's fine. I showed up and had a choice between 2 small SUVs.... I was moving across the country, so I had a lot of stuff to pack into this suv. A lot of my stuff I ended up leaving behind. The next morning when I went to leave for my trip, the key fob was dead and the car wouldn't start. Luckily, my mom has the same SUV, so she had extra batteries so we could change the battery. Overall, I will never rent with enterprise again.
