  Everytime I've rented a vehicle from this location, the guys working there have always made the process super easy. On my most recent rental (06/22/26) I wanted an SUV but since we were going on a long trip and had a lot of luggage, I knew that only certain SUVs would work. I knew for certain that our stuff would fit in a Toyota Rav4 and possibly a Nissan Rogue. Cris suggested reserving a minivan, but told me to come in first thing Monday morning to see if any Rav4s or Rogues came in over the weekend. I got there at 7:30 Monday morning, and told the guy who was working (sorry, I can't remember his name) about my previous conversation with Cris. He said that he had a Rogue on the lot and allowed me to load it with our luggage to see if it would be big enough. It turns out that the Rogue wasn't big enough so we kept our minivan reservation. But the fact that he allowed me to load our luggage in the Rogue to test it out was very helpful and greatly appreciated. Additionally, I told the guy on Monday morning when I picked up the minivan that our trip was going to be about 5,000 miles so to make sure that we had a vehicle with a recent oil change. He did that as well. These guys are great and have earned my continued business.

  We rented a car in Canada, everything was fine till we got some issues with the transmission. Usually it’s never a problem, we go to another location and they just switch cars so we are back on the road. But this time at this location, they asked us to wait 1h so they can make phone calls to get another car for us because they didn’t have one at the moment, but after that 1h, still no calls were made and couldn’t confirm that one was on the way for us. After asking multiple times to see if we could get another one or go to another location he still couldn’t confirm anything and didn’t do nothing for us. The young guy at the counter was not professional and didn’t care for us at all. His name was Cris Trejo. Since we didn’t get the service required, we called the roadside assistance and in under 2minutes we had another car reserved at another location without any issues. So with this young guy, we didn’t get a good service neither a good experience.
