  Everything was explained very thoroughly. The guy that I dealt with named Avery did great explaining everything that I needed for the future putting notes in to remind me the next time that I come there with my car, he checked my tires for me and let me know that it’ll be a good idea to rotate them on the next oil change a lot of places you go to they just wanna push you into everything I didn’t feel pressured at all came in for a oil change left having an oil change and getting coolant flush after he showed me what my coolant looks like it was a no-brainer to do it great pricing very good experience

  I needed a coolant flush so I went to my usual Valvoline Center. Was greeted right away and told to pull to the front of the building where they immediately began servicing my daughter’s vehicle. My first time taking her vehicle there, as I usually only take my truck there. I did not catch the gentleman‘s name who performed the service, but he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

  Waited on line to get an oil change, have used this shop a number of times After waiting 20-25 mins. pulled my car in told them what I needed. There then told me they were out of conventional oil. I wasted 30 mins. Idling my car in line, they should have asked the cars in line what oil they are using instead of wasting my time.

  DiAngelo was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was a one man show, picking up in all areas that needed help so that I, the customer, did not have a long wait. The heat in there was well above 100 and yet he still worked below my vehicle and kept running back up to handle the topside service as well. He guided me, handled all the services, and payment, as well as actually doing the changing of my oil below. I was so impressed with his professionalism, patience, and overall demeanor throughout my entire visit. Thank you DiAngelo for ensuring I will be a returning customer!

  I came in to Valvoline late on a Thursday afternoon because my AC had stopped working and I was in the area visiting my mom. We were running a local errand and I saw a sign that said AC REPAIR. There was no way I could drive back to Maryland with no AC. And Monday I have to start Jury Duty and would have no time to have it fixed before then. So I went there and immediately saw a line of cars waiting for their turn. One of the guys asked if he could help me and I told him about my AC not working. I had 3 guys helping me they agreed it was my cabin filter. So, he took it out , replaced it and I was good to go!!! They were all SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! I didn’t have to wait in that line and they gave me a discount on the cabin filter! Love you guys! You know who you are. Thank you so very much! … Donna
