  I don’t have much experience with auto body shops, so I went to the first one on the preferred list from my insurance company. When I got there, I was a little leery only because of the location, but everything went well. The turnaround was quick, everyone was very nice, and you cannot tell there was any damage previously. Good job and thank you.

  I was recommended to use Suburban Auto by Rose Auto Clinic, where I usually take my vehicle. Daniel and the team were great. My vehicle was taken care of within the expected timeframe (it was very quick) and it was left clean! The work that was completed was phenomenal and they answered any questions I had. Very communicative and friendly. I am very loyal when it comes to a place that treats me with kindness and respect, and Suburban Auto Body delivered. I’ll be using them for any body work I need!

  Suburban Auto-body did an outstanding job!! We were impressed with their work - and every step of the process. Outstanding customer service! Thank you Dan and team for your honesty and integrity - and skillful workmanship. Had an issue with back hatch on our RAV4. Should have been routinely covered by Warranty - but dealership tried to deny the claim. They indicated that we either were in an unreported accident, and/or we somehow caused the hatch to become out of alignment from abuse. All of which was completely false. Fortunately, they sent the vehicle to Suburban for an estimate - and their crew were able to confirm no collision damage, and the alignment issue was due to failed mechanical function. So the Warranty company then approved the claim. Amen! Everything works great now. They even washed our car before we picked it up….!!! Would highly recommend Suburban.
