  I am extremely disappointed with Suburban Auto Body. They did not properly fix my car after the repair. When I brought the vehicle back, I showed them the issues with the hood, the dropped fender, and the completely missing headlight screws. They looked at the car and acknowledged that the hood needed to be fixed. They told me to bring the car back the following week and said they would fix it once the parts arrived. However, the problems remain unresolved, and when I call them, they do not answer my phone calls. This is unacceptable customer service, especially when a customer trusts a repair shop to do the job correctly. I am very disappointed with the quality of the repairs and the lack of communication. I also question why GEICO recommends this shop to its customers when these issues have not been properly addressed. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. Customers deserve quality repairs, honest communication, and responsibility for unfinished work.

  Very happy my first experience went very smooth and easy.. didn’t even needed to be there just to Drop off the car and pick up , Was informed With the cost Same day . Thank you

  They always do a wonderful job. My car always look good as New. Zack is amazing and the customer service is always over the top. Thank you so much
