  Been sitting here 15 minutes just to drop off a car for service. When did we stop just dropping the key? Terrible service, won't be back

  My husband and I just moved nearby so I thought I would surprise him and get his oil changed. I set an appointment, arrived on time, and have been waiting over two hours at this point for an oil change in a waiting room with ladies chatting full volume on the phone. Don’t waste your time here.

  Had a service appointment booked today at noon for my Lexus. Waited in the service bay for close to 20 minutes and not one single employee came to check me in. Saw several sitting around not doing a single thing. I left

  tldr - they’ll charge you for a whole lot of nothing, don’t waste your money here I started my car the other morning and started hearing tons of cracking coming from the front of my car (it sounded like animal bones getting rattled around the engine or something). On a quick self inspection, I immediately realized the serpentine belt was torn and needed replacing (which makes sense because I hadn’t replaced it in 90k miles). I had my car towed to Sheehy, and I made an appointment (for noon) to replace the belt. They reached out saying it was going to cost $700+ in total for 1) the inspection to find out what was wrong (200), 2) the belt replacement (300), and 3) the belt tensioner replacement due to an oil leak* (200). I asked them if the belt tensioner replacement was absolutely required to fix my vehicle, and they admitted they weren’t sure but they would check with the technicians. (It was not required) They did replace my belt, but $535 later…for a $70 belt to get replaced. Don’t waste your money here *Oil leak side note - my car does have a very small oil leak, but there’s no reason it would affect the belt tensioner or rip my belt. What *would break my belt is 90k miles without replacing it

  Paid a crap ton for parts that made the issue worse... all the car needed was balancing. Terrible service, slow, high costs, cant fix anything!
