  I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I was told my service would take about 2 hours, but I ended up waiting over 4 hours with very little communication. My service advisor, Chanda Bryan, ignored my request for an Uber when I first arrived, even though I explained that I did not want to wait at the dealership. After waiting for four hours, I was finally asked whether I wanted to continue waiting, take an Uber, or leave with my car. Unfortunately, I found Chanda Bryan to be rude, unprofessional, and dismissive of my concerns. I expected much better customer service from a Toyota dealership. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the way customers are treated.

  I sold my 2018 Porsche 718 Boxster S to Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg today. Hannah Rockel was the Acquisition Manager that handled the deal from start to finish. Hannah was a joy to work with. She was extremely responsive to all of my texts and questions during the process. The initial offer online was very good so I took the car to them yesterday for verification/inspection. The final offer was very acceptable and higher than the half dozen other places I tried, including Carmax, Carvana, and other local dealers. If you are looking to get top dollar for your vehicle and want to deal with someone who puts the customer first, give Hannah a call!

  Hannah was a pure delight to work with in the used car acquisition process. She was the ultimate customer service rep answering all, I mean ALL, my questions and explaining the steps to my fullest satisfaction. Made a couple of futile stops and circled right on back. Can I give an extra star? Because I would.

  I worked with William Wallace and Keith Offenberg. The overall sales experience was incredible and seamless. They were straightforward about the price and open to any questions I wanted to ask. William Wallace was both professional and knowledgeable about his product, which helped with every question I had. Keith Offenberg not only had the utmost transparency but also helped me every step of the way. 10/10 experience; highly recommend going to see them if you are interested in purchasing your next dream car!

  This was by far the worst experience I have had at dealership. I went sheehy Fredricksburg because previously I had a battery replaced at the Stafford location and it took 3 visit to complete it right. At the Fredericksburg location he showed me a list of things that needed to be done half of them had already been done he said well there showing on the list. I told him if he looked on the service record he could see the work ,said he couldn’t because it wasn’t done there, but he could tell I refused things? I agreed on a transmission service but I told him I think I already had that done (I should probably keep better track of) so when he was wring up the ticket he says oh you already at it done? They serviced my car I hope, and he tells me my back brakes are in the red and front are in the yellow and it’s a safety issue. I told him we really have an issue then because I had the back brakes done a couple months ago at the Stafford location so either they didn’t do the work and charged me or someone here doesn’t know what they are doing he called the mechanic up and asked him did you check the brakes or write that because that was the recommendation. The mechanic said his tool was right and he got another one and the brakes are fine.
