  I had a very disappointing experience with the parts department, specifically with Brian and Jeremy. I felt that the parts I purchased through Brian were significantly marked up, and I was frustrated to be told afterward that I could have purchased them online for much less. I also found Jeremy’s attitude to be dismissive and not very customer-friendly. Based on my experience, I would recommend comparing prices beforehand and considering other options when purchasing parts

  I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my new RAV4 from Sheehy in Fredericksburg! Brayden Green was fantastic to work with and made the entire process so easy, pleasant, and stress free. The gentleman who helped me in finance was wonderful as well and made that part of the process just as smooth. This is the third vehicle my family has purchased from Sheehy in Fredericksburg, and experiences like this are exactly why we keep coming back. They always do a great job of finding exactly what we’re looking for and making the entire process as painless as possible. I absolutely love my new RAV4 and couldn’t be happier with our experience. I highly recommend Sheehy of Fredericksburg, and especially Brayden, if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

  Went to this dealership because it’s one of the many that are close to me, wasn’t really in the market for a new car but was willing to buy if the numbers were fair. To my surprise they were on my trade and the vehicle. Never at any time did I feel pressured and let Brayden know that I’m not married to buying a vehicle, super friendly guy and pleasant to work with. The only real hiccup I hit was with the finance manager. And maybe this is what they do but with the terms I was presented and the finance rate I was presented was not the finance rate he showed me back in the finance office. What he showed vs what was presented was almost 2 points higher. I called it out, he gave me some “I don’t have that kind of margin” and I was willing to walk right then. He literally said “I don’t care I can change it” and it’s unfortunate because that’s what I remember the most from my visit. I have over an 800 credit score, put a significant amount down on the new vehicle, and still kinda got a shi**y rate. But such is the world we live in I suppose. I give everyone 5 stars, except that finance guy. Word of advice I know when you’re in finance that’s where dealerships make a good chuck of money with add ons and what have you, but don’t try and trick ppl. Stick to the terms, be honest and let the customer do the add ons if the so choose. There shouldn’t be any surprises closing the deal.

  I worked with Wilton F., our Sales Associate at Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg, and had a great experience from start to finish. Wilton was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience throughout the entire process. Sales Manager Chris C. was also incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure our purchase went smoothly. Keith assisted us on the finance side and was equally helpful and professional. Overall, the entire team made the experience smooth, straightforward, and customer-focused. We truly appreciated the level of service we received and would highly recommend Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.   I could give them ZERO! My vehicle had a service appointment scheduled for 11:30 AM, and I was there expecting the service to be completed within a reasonable amount of time. Instead, I spent four hours of my day waiting, only to find out around 4:00 PM that absolutely nothing had been done to my vehicle. That is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect for customers’ time. If there was an issue or the service could not be completed, someone should have communicated that to me instead of allowing me to sit there for four hours without any update. I understand that dealerships can get busy, but keeping a customer’s vehicle for four hours and not even starting the scheduled service is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. I wasted four hours of my day for absolutely nothing. Customers’ time matters, and Sheehy Toyota needs to do a much better job communicating with customers and managing scheduled appointments. Very disappointed with this experience.
