  More than two months ago, I purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander. Within two weeks, I felt that the transmission was acting up. I left the car at the dealership's service center for a week, but they didn't do a thing to it; they never even called me to come pick it up—they were simply stalling for time. Later, I went in to demand that they swap the vehicle for a different one, but they refused. The manager behaved in a racist manner toward me; he told me they would replace the transmission but would not exchange the car itself. He said, "That is the only thing I can offer you. You aren't alone in this, because you signed a document stating that you accepted the car as-is." Two months later, the alternator and battery failed, and by that point, they refused to take any responsibility for anything. Please, make sure you seek professional advice before going out to buy a car.

  Got myself a Toyota Tundra and I just want to appreciate my salesman Solomon and also want to give a shout out to the Manager Jim I had a great experience overall and I had requested I specific vehicle and they were able to get it for me and want to thank them highly for it. great customer service from everybody there but special thank you and shout out to Solomon. Would for sure recommend to my family and friends to go there from now on.

  I was shopping for 2-3 weeks, met over 15 different salesman at all dealerships and hands down Jim Glasner at the Sheehy Used lot was the best person ive dealt with, hands down. He listened, he suggested, he counter suggested, was 100% respectful but hip to jokes and was overall a whole vibe. If there was somewhere I could vote salesman of the year, id do it lol. But the Jeep i was sold was phenomenal, originally came from Florida, had like ZERO rust. Runs smooth, strong and has the style that fits EVERYONE in the crew. As long as Sheehy treats J.Glasner well, they will definitely get my future business and recommendations/referrals. Thanks again Sheehy Squad and the Commander in Chief, aka The GREATEST SALESMAN on the East Coast, Jim FREAKIN Glasner!💪🏽

  I went into Toyota today due to my car engine failing- having VERY little hope to come out with a new car. I travel as a part of my job and I was sooooo anxious. Safe to say toyota BLESSED ME! Specifically working with Zach Schiebel!! He listened to my needs, what I’m looking for in a new car- and really stuck his neck out for me to get me approved!!! A BLESSING!! Thank you so much Zach, I love the 2020 corolla you got me set up in. and thank you Toyota!! EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION NEEDS A RAISE for their awesome work! So nice! So patient! and willing to work with someone who’s not in the best place financially :) thanks again guys!
