  Easy to get an appointment for a service (oil/lube/filter and tire rotation) and the wait was not bad at about an hour and a half. The waiting room had coffee and water but no snacks which seems to be a change from my last visit. Mike the service manager was friendly and very helpful as has been the case in the past. He provided a good overview of the service and offered an estimate for future maintenance required based on mileage. He answered a couple other questions I had on new tires and offered me a military discount unprompted. Overall, a great visit. I like getting the short video sent from the garage bay as the mechanic was wrapping up his work - it was just a shot of the truck with a comment that the service was complete. It's a nice addition I've not seen or heard being done elsewhere.

  I would like to recognize Michael Clark for the outstanding customer service he provided during my state inspection. I recently had shoulder surgery, and sitting for long periods is very difficult for me. I explained my health situation to Michael, and he went out of his way to make sure I didn’t have to wait or sit for very long. That level of kindness, compassion, and professionalism is what I call outstanding customer service. Thank you, Michael, for your thoughtfulness and for making a difficult day much easier. It was truly appreciated.

  This was there worst experience I've had with Sheehy. I had a 8am appointment dropped my truck off the night before at 430pm they had me drive it to bebthe 1st care in the am. I was asked when I would like to pick up.my vechle. I gave the the time of 11am. I showed up at 1200 thinking I missed the call. They hadn't even started my vehicle. My vehicle wasnt dont until 330pm. Horrible. Top of that my gas was just about gone almost on empty. I also ask for price for brakes for from and rear separately. They just gave me a total with rotors. Not what I asked for, My rotors are good. I was just so frustrated late for work and no gas. I just remained calm and left. Usually Sheehy is way better than this. So disappointed !!

  I don’t even know where to start. From the beginning, the sales manager(Kurt) pointed me to a great salesman(Ralph), and it was all up from there. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle through Sheehy GMC of Fredericksburg. Ralph was on point with everything, answered all of my question, and was straightforward about everything. It didn’t even feel like I was purchasing a car. Ralph was laid back, professional, and courteous. He put me in a great truck! Everyone I worked with was great and knew the answer to all of my questions. I recommend buying from this group 100%.

  Daniel was our sales associate, and he made the entire experience of purchasing our new GMC Elevation exciting and enjoyable from start to finish. He had a great attitude, was easy to talk to, and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. What really stood out was that he actually listened to what we wanted and needed in our new truck.
