  Eric was my sales rep for my recent purchase and he was an outstanding professional to work with. He wasn’t pushy, he listened well, made relevant and informative recommendations; when needed and appropriate. Too often I’ve seen salespeople not “read the room”, and Eric’s social iq was impressive. Kate from finance was wonderful to work with as well. The process was smooth and easy and she did an awesome job of explaining things.

  We made contact with Gary, after driving to their Manassas VA location, then back to Fredericksburg VA to get help in purchasing a cargo van. We agreed on a 2018 Ram ProMaster 3500, 70109 mi. for $19,995. Choose financing with additional discount, so we are happy and satisfied with the service provided to us. We yet to test dive the van, but will get to do it in a few days. This transaction took place on Sunday!

  Brought the truck in for a check engine light and the fan running they did a coolant control valve and i picked It up. The check engine light came back on after 15 miles. Along with a new code. Brought it back in they changed the MAF sensor for the intake. Drove it home and within 15 miles again it threw the same code. They never hooked up the intake tube after 2 times there… horrible service
