  5 stars for Brian whos is the absolute best. Other day i came in for tires sadly they didnt have what i was looking for in stock but he called other locations to see who had what i needed and told them i was on the way. I've never had this level of service at this location in the past. Last time i came i dealt with a young man named Cory who just didnt care nor give the same level of professionalism as i got with Brian. I will make sure to ask for him from now on.

  I recently visited NTB Tire & Service Center for an oil change, and I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received from the Manager Alexis. From the moment I arrived, Alexis was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had a positive experience. She took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the service, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that she takes great pride in providing exceptional customer care and leading her team with professionalism. In today’s world, outstanding customer service can be hard to find, but Alexis exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend NTB Tire & Service Center, and I want to personally thank Alexis for her dedication, professionalism, and excellent service.

  Was severely disappointed with Corbin this morning when I came in for oil change tire balance and rotate. I've been coming here for quite a few years have good history with the company. I usually pay a certain price for the same service I got today but he would not honor what I would normally pay even after bringing up my history and charged me more than $50 more for what I got done and would not compromise whatsoever may not come back again.   This is one of the best experiences I've had at a repair facility. The advisors were very professional and surprisingly honest. I brought my daughter's car in for state inspection and an oil change and was actually advised against the oil change since upon their checking, it was not due for another 2000 miles and still looked very fresh. Any other shop would have quickly charged me for it. As for the inspection, it would have failed due to a blown marker bulb but they actually replaced it at no cost to me. They have earned a client for life and I'll definitely bring my other household vehicles here for service in the future. It's good to know that there are still honest service facilities in existence.

  I stopped at NTB after noticing that one of my tires had lost 14 pounds of pressure rather quickly. I was convinced I had picked up a nail or some other puncture. As soon as I arrived, they had me pull around so they could assess the tire. The manager and a tech both came out and thoroughly inspected it. They got down under the vehicle, examined the tire from multiple angles, sprayed several areas to check for leaks, and added air before monitoring the pressure. After a careful inspection, they determined that there was no puncture and explained several possible reasons for the sudden pressure loss. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. They never made me feel rushed, took the time to answer my questions, and provided helpful information and tips. They also adjusted the tire pressure in all four tires before I left. In today’s world, this level of service is becoming increasingly difficult to find. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping rather than simply getting me in and out the door. Overall, the service was absolutely outstanding. I left feeling confident that my vehicle had been thoroughly checked and greatly appreciated the time they spent assisting me. Highly recommended!
