  Making the appointment was seamless. The staff made sure to confirm it before I arrived. They kept me up to date on the status but had me in and out in under an hour! They never let me down.

  Where do I start! My tire pressure was going down rapidly while driving. I could hear the air leaking. I quickly did a google search on where I could get my tire fixed and the only place that was still open at 8:15 pm was NTB. We called and they said they could take care of it with no problem. We arrived with 12 psi left on the tire at 8:25 and they quickly switched it out for a new one! I highly recommend and will be a regular customer. All the employees were welcoming and eager to help. Thank you all!

  Great experience especially at this location, never a problem. Darrell at the front desk helped out in every way that he could. I arrived early and got everything situated in a timely fashion. 4 new tires, rear brakes and rotors, tail light assembly kit I unfortunately had to order from amazon but they easily installed and a state inspection all in order for me to be on the road again. Thank you to the Mechanics who do great work in the shop. In total this visit was $975.74. Getting the assembly kit from Amazon was $137.80.

  I wouldn’t take your vehicle to this place at all. I waited four hours for my vehicle to get alignment and an inspection. Everything is new on my vehicle brand new pad rotors Caliber’s brake lines and failed because the emergency brake was just a little too loose. Brand new motor brand new transmission, brand new rear end Over $9000 in this truck in repairs and you’re going to fail for an E break I wouldn’t waste your time on coming here. Poor customer service poor inspection. And I’m a state inspector myself, but I can’t state inspect my own vehicles I repeat, save your money go somewhere else The one by kickback Jack’s Wasted my whole day today is 4/22/26 they false advertise said on phone 30 minute wait been here since 11am going on 4pm so I’m highly disappointed and will never come to this location and I’ll post this everywhere so everyone knows not to come here
