  Waited over 2 hours just for them to tell me my work can was too big to fit in the garage and they couldn't plug my tire.

  This place is terrible, I called one day to ask about if they did inspections and the person who answered the phone told me they didn’t do inspections. I called the next day and now all the sudden they do inspections. When I went to get my car inspected I just went here because it was open, not my usual spot. They ended up being super picky and failed my car for a couple of really small issues that other inspection places would have passed, and when I went to pick up my car they left it unlocked and I had valuables in there. The back of my front driver seat had also some how “fell” off but it is hooked on so “falling” doesn’t seem logical at all. I was told the inspector is a bit of a heavy guy and he must have sat in the seat a little hard. I guess my driver seat is his trampoline. They didn’t even bother to fix it, I’m not sure how they didn’t notice the sound because there was stuff on the back as well that would have made noticeable sound when falling, then after that the front desk guy was trying to fix it after I told him not to and he broke one of the clips on it like I knew he would, which is why I said to leave it alone. This is by far one of the worst inspection experiences I’ve ever had and I will never be returning to this establishment, they are super unprofessional and I don’t trust them at all to work on any of my vehicles ever again. You shouldn’t either.

  Great customer service! The staff was attentive and made sure all my needs were taken care of. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism—it’s hard to find a place you can trust. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future vehicle maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

  I have asked Mr Tire to service all of my vehicles many times over the years. Me experience has always been most exceptional. The team has always been friendly, efficient and most pleasant. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs work on their car.
