  Do not go to this tire store. I went there because of the price I saw online, but the customer service representative kept hanging up the phone and refusing to explain the services. There were only three cars in the shop to be service, but he acted very overwhelmed and used that as an excuse to ignore my questions.I have been to different Mr. Tire locations before and have never experienced this. Even after paying an expensive price to get my four tires changed there, I went back the next day for a different service and he still acted busy and nervous. He gives you the price without any explanation, and if you have a question, he stays on the phone and ignores you.When I asked if I could speak to a supervisor, he claimed to be the manager. It is shocking that a manager would provide such terrible customer service.

  I’ve been going to Mr. Tire for almost 3 years, and my experience here has consistently been reliable, honest, ethical, and friendly. I have never felt like I’m being talked down to or given advice for the sake of profit. Their work is trustworthy and efficient!

  THEY were very helpful and understanding of the situation I was in...I was traveling to another state when I went sliding through an intersection and a horrible clanging noise started...pulled off the main road and saw their sign...pulled in and they assessed the problem to be a missing brake bolt that I had installed by my mechanic within 2 weeks when new brakes were installed...they explained everything to me in detail and answered my questions/concerns politely and efficiently. They had me back on the road in just over an hour...so thankful for the great service and help they gave me.

  George (who runs the place) is very knowledgeable and full of integrity! He does not try to up sale or over sale! His gruffness is welcome as he is serious about his craft. They will do right by you and that is all we can ask!
