  I stopped by My Tire Guy in King George on Saturday, May 16th to have a slow leak in one of my tires repaired. I was greeted by very friendly employees who seemed eager to help despite them already being very busy. One employee had already started the repair on my tire when another walked by and commented that I was going to need new tires soon. I agreed and also commented that I also was going to need new brakes and rotors as well. They let me know that they could also provide those services. I asked them to give me a quote. The technician walked around at first to look at the wheel that was off being repaired and then looked at the rest of my wheels. They let me know right away that I did not need new rotors there was nothing wrong with mine and they also told me that my front brakes were good but I would need rear brakes soon, however not anything urgent. I was extremely grateful and appreciative of their honesty! They could have easily sold me new brakes and rotors on my Wrangler, especially since I thought I needed them. Honesty and integrity seem to be very hard to find in this world anymore, but I could not be more grateful to have driven into My Tire Guy in King George and be met with kindness and honesty! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  They were able to get me in for an alignment first thing in the am. Great customer service. Clean waiting area with tv. Will visit again!

  Mr. Tire earned every one of these 5 stars, and manager George is the reason I’ll be a customer for life. I came in needing new tires and was honestly dreading the whole process. From the moment I walked in, George made it painless. He explained my tire options in plain English, no pressure and no talking down to me. The crew got me in and out fast, but what really blew me away was the honesty. George and the team checked my brakes while the tires were off and then actually took me back to the bay to SHOW me my old tread depth compared to the new tires. He pointed out exactly what was happening with the wear and why it mattered. I’ve never had a shop take the time to educate me instead of just handing me a bill. Phenomenal service from George and the whole Mr. Tire team. Fast, professional, transparent, and they treat you like a neighbor, not a transaction. If you’re in Fredericksburg and need tires or brakes, ask for George. You won’t regret it. 😊

  Customer service was truly impeccable! Unfortunately Mr. Tire was not able to fix my foreign vehicle and informed me immediately and recommended some other shops. I appreciated their honesty and for not charging me a diagnostic fee.

  I came in to the store needing to get tire locks taken off and got two tires and the process was so easy and convenient. They offer a military discount and offered to take me back to work while I waited for my tires to be replaced. 10/10 would come back !
