  I went to grease monkey to get an oil change done and also my brake light was out and they offered to change it since I had the bulb. I left grease monkey found out my vehicle was making a noise which was the engine splash shield the wasn’t installed back on the vehicle properly after the oil change the shield got destroyed from driving the vehicle back home a piece of it even came off the vehicle in the road and my brake light was still out after them putting the brand new bulb in. I called them telling them they need to replace the shield they said the would order the part from the Hyundai dealership. They told me that part would be in 2-4 days. I’ve called them today two weeks later from the incident they don’t have the part, I called the dealership they said grease monkey NEVER ordered the part from them. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER go to this grease monkey ever again. There workers don’t know how to do a simple oil change nor replace a light bulb.

  I really enjoy taking my vehicles to Grease Monkey. I have always had great experiences. Everyone I have worked with was very kind and explained everything. They all go above and beyond to make sure that I have a good experience. Highly recommend them!

  I have been a customer for years, I always got my regular oil changes done here and always had great experiences with them until recently. I got a tire rotation done with them and immediately after I left I got a “low tire pressure” light come up in my car. I went back and they looked at it and told me it wasn’t their fault and that my “tire sensors” were bad and it would be $400 to replace all of them. They didn’t tell me which sensor or give me any additional information. I had a weird feeling about it so I took it to get a second opinion and they told me my make / model didn’t even have tire sensors so they straight up lied. Also one of the techs overall demeanor was unprofessional and borderline rude with one of them vaping in the office. I’m really disappointed because I loved this shop and recommended it to all my family and friends.
