  I made an appointment to diagnose and repair a popping noise in the front end that my truck was making when cornering to the right. I dropped my truck off the night before my appointment. Kaitlin called me the next morning, confirmed what I wanted and disclosed the very reasonable diagnostic fee…and kept me informed of the progress. As part of that, the service technician provided a video showing the problem area prior to me approving the repair. As part of the process, they reviewed my trucks history and provided a thorough inspection and pointed out some things I should watch out for in the future. This place is courteous, professional and most importantly…honest. I highly recommend!

  We’ve been living in the Spotsy area for a little more than a year and had not visited Ferber’s before. I like that I could make an appointment for a state vehicle inspection, a rarity these days with other repair shops. We plan to take our vehicles to Ferber’s for our future repair needs.

  It was a great experience at ferbers tire and auto service Kaitlyn and stan at the front desk was awesome answered all your questions about billing repairs On my first trip I had went to a different auto place and got a high estement and then i went to get a second opinion at ferbers auto and Kaitlyn helped me the first time cause I wanted to make sure the price i got was accurate and she showed me what the problem was and helped me choose and help me get another price and explained everything to me and on my second trip I had to get some more auto repairs and stan helped me he went through the billing and what needed to be done and was super helpful I give them a 10 out of 10 because they do go out of there way to tell you what needs to be done at this moment and what can wait a couple of weeks and that being said I appreciate that honesty so I would recommend both the workers and ferbers auto and auto service in fredericksburg and I want to give thanks to Walter who worked on my car I'm not sure if he worked on it the second time but thanks to the mechanics that do the repairs
