I went to them after the dealership held my car hostage for weeks waiting on the warranty company to make a decision. From my very first phone call inquiring about services they have been amazing. Caitlin was so patient with me on the first call explaining everything and when I went in person to show them what I got from the dealership they were very helpful. The mechanic was also there and explained so much and we went over my options. They kept me informed every step of the way in the process. Caitlin also helped me prioritize the repairs needed so I could make an informed decision. To top it off they offered me a ride so when I returned my car rental I had a way to get back to my car. All in all a very positive experience.

Great prices and great people! Went in to get a second opinion on the work I needed done. They were very honest and upfront with me and didn’t try to pressure or upsell me anything. Kaitlyn was super knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They finished the work in a very reasonable amount of time. Would absolutely go back and recommend.

The staff is amazing! They greet you with a smile and send you off with one, too. They’ll match prices if needed, and the turnaround is quick. If you need a ride home or a loaner car, they’ll help with that as well. I’ve never had a bad experience. At the end of one call, a staff member told me to “have a blessed day.” I’m always grateful to hear a Godly voice.

Ferber's is an outstanding repair shop. Everyone is kind and courteous and the mechanics do excellent repair work. Their pricing is fair compared to othe automotive repair shops in the local area. I highly recommend Ferber's to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired right the first time. They truly value their customers.
