  This is my go to shop now. I really appreciate that they dont try to upsell me, no BS or anything. I can just get my oil change and tires rotation without hassle, and then carry on with my day. 10/10 would recommend

  Pulled in on a Friday afternoon at 12:05pm. Luckily for me, there was no one in front of me for an oil change. At 12:17pm, I was in my car, paid, and driving away. I did have a $15 off coupon for a full synthetic oil change. I paid $76 out the door. Marvel was great: kind, personable, friendly. What a great place!!!!

  What a wonderful experience! We stopped by in a bit of a rush as my son was heading out of town but his car had a brake issue. We were greeted in the parking lot and immediately felt at ease! They were able to get the car in and fixed within an hour AND communicated every step of the way. Rob even brought my son out to the car to explain what was making the sound so he would recognize the importance of bringing it in next time he heard it. The price was very affordable as well! We will definitely be back!

  Took 2 cars to the shop for alignments a few days apart,( 1 of my own car and 1 my in-laws). The service was fine for that visit considering we had to drop it off and Pick it up next day. We got a call in the morning with diagnoisis and agreed on the service. A few days later I took my in laws Honda pilot to get an alignment and was again told we needed to drop it off. The next morning we received no call, and at about 3pm we had to call the shop to check on the status. They struggled to get an update on the vehicle, and after a few minutes advised it was ready for pickup. Upon arrival for pickup, the workers couldn’t find the vehicle folder and did not have a ticket printed out and didn’t have the proof of the alignment being done. We asked if the workers was even completed and was told yes by the workers. Fast forward after test driving both vehicles at highway speed After the alignment for my van it STILL pulls to the right. My in laws Honda pilot pulls to the right EVEN WORSE! We called back to speak to a manager and was advised there’s no warranty due to “pot holes and such” and they could check the alignments again, and if they need to be redone it would only be a 10% discount. Each alignment was $90….. So roughly only $9 would be deducted, and we would have to be without the vehicle for another day and hope we get a call when it’s done. I’m very disappointed, had high hopes to take all of my vehicles here for quality service as the tech staff was very friendly but the trust is gone. Update: I took the Honda pilot to Firestone for a 2nd opinion and the alignment looks like it was never done. We are going to get the 2nd vehicle checked later today and will see the results.
