  I’ve rented through them for both personal and business. I have never had a bad experience. Staff are always friendly. I may wait a while sometimes while they’re busy but that’s to be expected.

  Went in to switch out a rental that I received from another place (very unsatisfied with car I received) Tayjon Diggs helped me as soon as I walked in. HE WAS EXCELLENT / PROFESSIONAL / QUICK to make my experience BETTER than before. Very Thankful that I chose this location to help me with my first unhappy experience . Thank you TAYJON ! I walked out VERY SATISFIED !! EXCELLENT SERVICE !!

  Bad experience at this location.. first vehicle had a check engine light on , and the car was filthy.. Second after getting a different vehicle go home 20mins away the tire pressure light came on . Took it back to enterprise and was told the tire is fine . I get 3 hours into my trip my tire goes flat. Had to pay for patch and buy a air compressor just to get to a tire shop . After waiting at the tire shop for over 3 hours with no approval to replace the tire . I finally had to buy a new tire out of pocket... These guys really put my family in danger with their negligence... Also their employees seem not to care much or even take initiative to really check things out I felt like if they could've looked at the tire a little bit better instead of rolling it to the back and bring it back within two minutes and saying its ok just to get me out there hair .. The whole issue could of been avoided

  If i could give a 0 star on there customer service i would. Ive been a loyal customer for over 10+yrs and they have ZERO empathy for customer relations and LIE in regards to contacting you for a vehicle. The branch mgr Austin Olsen lied to me and told me that he would give me a call for a vehicle to swap out and yet I was at the location not 1 time but 2 times at 7:30 On Wed & Thurs & no car to be provided and treated me like I wasnt an enterprise customer and I had already an exisiting reservation but ignored me to give others a vehicle didnt have to be the same car. I told them 3 things were going on: 1) the car smelled like weed and it was too late to go back to location where i got it from in Maryland, 2) the car is making a very loud noise when driving it and 3) the change oil light came on and wont go away and dont want to be driving around in a vehicle like that long distance. And they still didnt proceed to swap me into any other vehicle nor to calling other local locations to see if there was a vehicle there to go to. This is the WORST CUSTOMER RELATION EXPERIENCE I had with enterprise and I have made a formal complaint with Corporate on this location because this behavior is UNNACCEPTABLE and the Regional Mgr will be calling me. This all couldve been preventable by putting your customer 1st and providing a resolution!

  Enterprise's customer service was exceptional. The experience was friendlier than any car rental service I've used in the past. The team was quite busy the day I came to pickup my rental, but all of the staff was very professional, and efficient. Plus, took the time to answer all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had throughout the rental process. The vehicle return process was quick, simple, and hassle-free, making the entire experience felt seamless from start to finish. I would not hesitate to rent from Enteprise again. Respectfully, Bill
