  Absolutely horrible experience. Car battery died and they charged me $20 for roadside assistance. What is someone to do when office is closed?

  HORRIBLE DONT GET A CAR FROM THEM MY ENGINE WENT AND CONVETER WENT AND THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO ANOTHER DEALER TO GET A CAR DIDNT EVEN HAVE IT 5 MONTHS NOW IM STUCK WITH IT!!!!

  I had a great experience renting through Enterprise thanks to the teamwork between the Stafford and Fredericksburg locations (20 plantation). I initially booked an online reservation for the Stafford branch. Shortly after, an employee from Stafford called me directly to let me know that the vehicle wasn't available at their site. However, he took the initiative right away to transfer my reservation to the Fredericksburg location, so I wouldn't be left stranded. When I arrived at the Fredericksburg branch, the staff was helpful, competent, and efficient. Despite the last-minute change and the short window of time before they closed, they handled everything and got me on the road without hassle. Huge thanks to both locations for their promptness, professionalism, and friendly service. I highly recommend both the Stafford and Fredericksburg teams.

  I can be a difficult customer if you read my prior reviews. I have to say, Becca was the most polite and easiest person I’ve had to deal with. She was able to accommodate picking up myself and family from the collision shop, and when an issue was noted with the car, smelling like smoke quickly changed the car and insured that the family felt welcomed
