  I thought the whole thing was if you buy it there, they install for free. I bought over $70 worth of windshield wipers and they didn't even offer to install them. I'm sitting there in a full cast for my hand/wrist man. 😑 Wouldn't have been as big of a deal otherwise, I'm capable of installing them normally. But come on.

  I went to autozone to buy an engine filter for my car after Walmart had none in stock. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by an employee who asked if there was anything he could help me with. Yes. Engine filter. He brought me to the counter, entered the make and model of my vehicle and showed me my options. One expensive. One not so expensive. I asked for the not so expensive filter (STP brand) and he walked into the aisle and grabbed it for me while I waited at the front. He told me that the a/c filters were in stock, too and asked if I needed one. Sure. He went and grabbed the a/c filter. I was successfully upsold. The entire time in the store was about three minutes. The staff member who helped me was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The store was well organized and clean, with only a handful of customers shopping. There was another customer deep in conversation with another Autozone employee about vehicle parts and he was vigorously thanking the employee for helping him and saving him some money. The Fredericksburg Autozone is on top of its game.

  Garrett was a great help ! I came in last minute but they were still willing to help me out with a battery replacement! Giving this store 5 out of 5 for sure customer service was above and beyond!

  I needed a new blinker for my vehicle but did not have the correct socket or know the Bulb. Garrett the store manager himself stepped out to take a look. His expertise allowed him to identify the situation without me explaining anything. He took the cover plate off, selected the correct bulb 1 needed, rang me up for the cost and installed it all within 5 mins. Outstanding service and leadership. I will certainly shop here more often.

  It must’ve been a bad day for the staff, but they were not very welcoming today. I had to buy a steering wheel knob because I medically need one due to my condition.. went to the other AutoZone that is west of 95 and they told me to go to this particular one which is on the east side due to them having the particular part that I needed. I was told when I got there to ask a customer service representative if they had it in stock and when I did, it was treated as a burden that I asked for that part and the representative walked me over to the aisle to show me where the part was located. I did apologize immediately after because I did not realize the part was on the shelf by being behind the counter. I ended up getting the steering wheel knob and antifreeze, and after dropping items items several times, trying to leave the store due to only having one arm that works. I was finally able to hold onto the items that I purchased and make it to my car. Like I said it might’ve been off day for the store staff but overall I felt like I was more of a burden being there than an actual customer but the store is well. This Autozone is well stocked and seems to have parts that the other AutoZone in the area do not have, so I will continue to visit the store. I just hope my visit next time is a little bit more friendlier.
