  This place is horrible been a couple of times since moving here. 4 hours to change a tire that had an appointment with staff claiming "theres walk ins ahead of you" which defeats the purpose of making an appointment to begin with. Same result with an oil change appointment, several hour wait after making an appointment...the common issue being very long wait times for very basic, simple procedures. I would avoid this place as there is better options locally and your time will not be wasted. If you sit in there long enough which isnt hard to do you will hear a revolving door of different excuses to why they are behind. Someone called out sick, someone was late to work so they are behind, the wind blew, different reason different customer, same result of time being wasted.

  “Tire shop” that’s a whole joke. I have been severely disappointed every time I’ve walked in there. My last experience was I went there as a last resort to have a small screw hole in the tread patched only to get the “We don’t have the patches in stock but can get a new tire”. How as a tire shop do you not have patches? She started the conversation at the counter like it was planned to not fix it from the start. Why would you take the tire off if you didn’t have patches to fix it? Got back it my car got it to smell like I just had a bus load of second graders at the park on a hot summer day. What’s the point of putting a floor mat down if the smell of whole car is going to make you vomit. Good luck getting anything accomplished unless you want to spend a butt load of money and get zero service.

  Called 8 o’clock in the morning asked if they had an opening yes ma’am they have an opening. I have children with me that’s OK ma’am I have a little dog with me. That’s OK ma’am towed the van there got there they figured out quickly what the problem was and fixed it very quickly very friendly people they all of them friendly to family and pets. And we were able to get back on the road to get home if I lived in Virginia they would be my permanent mechanic. Thank you guys for everything you did for us Mary-Ellen Hodder.

  Might as well not let you book appointments for alignment online. Scheduled one and something told me to go ask. They do not even have a tech on Saturdays for alignments and proceeded to tell me will be 10 days to even get me in yet let's you book and waste your time and gas since can schedule online

  I took my car in on a busy Saturday for a new tire with no appointment. They were able to squeeze me in and even stayed over an hour past closing to make sure my vehicle was done and ready to go. Highly recommend Bobby's to anyone in the Franklin/Suffolk area!
