- MHMaryEllen H.Jul 1, 20265.0Called 8 o’clock in the morning asked if they had an opening yes ma’am they have an opening. I have children with me that’s OK ma’am I have a little dog with me. That’s OK ma’am towed the van there got there they figured out quickly what the problem was and fixed it very quickly very friendly people they all of them friendly to family and pets. And we were able to get back on the road to get home if I lived in Virginia they would be my permanent mechanic. Thank you guys for everything you did for us Mary-Ellen Hodder.

They do not even have a tech on Saturdays for alignments and proceeded to tell me will be 10 days to even get me in yet let's you book and waste your time and gas since can schedule online

I walk in and the guy tells me they can't do it the air compressor is not working. No one can call you or let you know before you take off work or anything. Made the appointment a week ago 👎... It's not the same Bobby's Muffler anymore. What a joke.
