  Whoever owns this car wash needs to go through themselves. Half of the rollers don’t work and half of the spouts are clogged up not spraying properly. Weekly maintenance is a must.

  After a disappointing experience at the Wards Road Zips location, I decided to stop by the Forest location to finish cleaning my car, and I am so glad I did. As soon as I pulled up to the kiosk, two employees greeted me and asked if I was interested in a membership. I explained that I only wanted a basic wash and that this was actually the second Zips location I had visited that day because I had been disappointed with my experience on Wards Road and was having to purchase another wash just to use the vacuums and finish cleaning my vehicle. Without hesitation, both employees apologized for the inconvenience I experienced at the other location and generously offered me a complimentary wash. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned about making things right. They even told me that if the vacuums weren’t performing to my expectations, I should come find them and they would personally assist me. The customer service at this location was phenomenal. It’s rare to find employees who take ownership of a customer’s experience, even when the issue happened somewhere else. The Forest team turned a frustrating situation into a positive one, and they absolutely earned my future business. Thank you for going above and beyond!

  1 star because of one rude staff. African American lady with glasses need better customer service. First time at this location, I always go to the one in Timberlake (great customer service always) I will not be coming to this location again.
