- ECErica Crosslin1 day ago1.0Disappointed. I drove 20 mins to come to this car wash. I just purchased a new vehicle. Trying to keep it clean. I am interested in getting a monthly subscription somewhere. I saw this carwash had towels and supplies free with washes and decided to try them out. The website had a deal for a $5 wash for first time to try. I thought, “I’ll try them out and if I like it, I’ll sign up for the monthly service.” Got to the place. (20 mins away) and the coupon would not work. All the employee would say was he’s sorry and that it’s not working. I’m not asking for anything for free. I wanted the $5 coupon that I received from your website honored. You were more than likely going to get a lot more of my money but he would not honor it. He said the only thing he could do was give me a wash for free and he wasn’t going to do that. Yeah, I could’ve paid for the wash. But for me it was the principle. You drew me in with a coupon you then refused to honor. Great. So I wasted gas, as expensive as that is, and time to drive 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back.

I have a membership however the last two visits, the camera doesn’t register my license plate and I have to wait for assistance. Lonny was a great help in offering his assistance in helping me dry off the harder to whip down part of my car. Greatly appreciated his help today!

Generally the washing is great and the one time I found bugs on my car after the wash the manager said I should run it back through for free. The towels, vacuums, and various sprays that they have, as well as the fact that they will power wash your floor mats really makes it a fantastic experience and very easy to get your car or truck clean quickly.

I came thru and during the wash alllwed my tears to flow. Lonie approached me to offer to clean my mats. It literally stopped me in my tracks bc I’m. It used to having help with anything and I joyfully said yes. He did it with such a beautiful servant heart that it has changed my outlook on the day today and given me hope for today.
