After speaking to the site manager regarding an upcoming price increase of their top tier from $29 to $39, I was confused since I've been paying $49 for the last year. Apparently that was a different high tier that was discontinued at some point despite it having the same benefits of the $29 tier. The site itself is awesome with good management, but trying to get any confirmation or information from "corporate" has just been met with "yes, that's an old tier that is comparable". After asking for clarification of how long the other tier was discontinued or how long I was charged the higher tier despite it being discontinued has been met with silence, even after attempting to open a new case of speak to another individual. I'm left to assume that they've over charged me by $240 over the past year, and have no intention of following up or to try to correct it. *Note* if you're wondering why on earth there are so many 5 star reviews mentioning Skylar, she was challenged to greet every customer to ask for a good review. I had originally done this as well cause over all it's a great place, but it still seems odd to inflate numbers because you have a challenge from management 🤣
