- JLJoseph Lackey2 days ago1.0I had heard of poor reviews for this company but since my insurance company recommended them so I said ok. There is little coordination between the company and the local shop. One hand has no idea what the other has done. 10 hours waisted waiting on service with one no explanation for a no show.
- SOSarah Grace Owsley2 days ago5.0Very easy and convenient! My insurance and Safelite coordinated everything and I didn’t have to worry about any step of the process. Was very pleased with the quick turnaround and really liked that they were able to come to my home and fix my car while I was at work and I didn’t have to take the day off.
- GHGavin HoutsOct 8, 20264.0Honestly, I really wish I could provide them with a 5 star review as their staff was friendly and worked with my insurance to replace the front windshield of my car and the windshield itself was installed correctly with the right Calibrations to the windshield camera. However, I couldn’t provide a complete 5 star due to some things I found after installation. The Bottom plastic trim that covers the windshield was not reinstalled correctly and no longer sits flush on the new windshield and the top of the windshield used to have rubber weather strip that was not reinstalled with the new windshield. Aside from these two things, I would recommend their service. Solid 4 stars.
- NVNicolas VelillaOct 6, 20262.0No call no show from the tech. Tried to call the shop, manager didn’t take my call then promised a callback. Never called. Management lied to customer care to try to make it go away. The customer service is as bad as it gets. Only added a second star because the repair was eventually completed and it looks ok. Also, they’re overcharging you. Customer care got me a price over 50% cheaper than you can get on their website.
- CIChester Ivory IIIOct 2, 20265.0One of the easiest car repairs I've ever had. I made the entire appointment online. All I physically had to do was put my car in an open area to give the tech space to work and leave the keys. I got a text when the tech was on the way, when he arrived, when the work commenced, and when it was done. New windshield in about 45 minutes.
