  The agents in Farmville are friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly. I will definitely get my next car from Enterprise.

  1-Star Review I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Enterprise in Farmville, VA. My rental incident occurred on November 16, 2025, and I reported it on November 17. I personally returned to the Farmville location that day and was told that no claim would be filed by the manager (named "CJ" at the time). My deposit and deductible were also refunded (in total). I subsequently received no communication regarding this matter for months. I was later told that a letter had allegedly been sent on November 18 and billing documentation in March, but I never received either by mail or email. I was eventually contacted about the deductible nearly six months after the incident. I have since paid the amount being requested, but payment should not be confused with agreement with how this matter was handled. My concern is the lack of communication and the significant discrepancy between what I was told directly at the branch and what occurred afterward. I have used Enterprise in the past, but based on this experience, I will not be using Enterprise again. I encourage management to review how this claim was handled and, more importantly, how customers are informed when a matter they were told was closed is subsequently pursued months later.

  I’ve never had an issue with them . Always good service up until the last time I returned a car I told them that my wallet has been left in it . I was told they were going to contact the drivers that had the car after me and then I would be contacted and was never contacted ! It’s been a week now and every time I call for some reason they won’t answer “my” number . Had someone call them from a different number and they answered for them. So try your best not to leave your items in the vehicles because they’re not gonna do anything about it 🤷🏾‍♀️

  Booked a car Thursday for a work trip to pick up Saturday. Called Saturday morning to inform me they don’t have a car. They did leave their callback number, but no one answers and after 2 minutes it says they can’t help you and ends the call

  I actually was in the car getting ready to drive off after signing initials was told I had to pay the whole amount in full after I had been told just the $300 deposit down and no money due until I return the car, the guy then told me all money was due now before leaving with car, which the only way I could pay would be to use 2 different cards to pay close to $700 dollars, basically I was lied to in person and on-line informed was a lie too. Very disappointed for the 4th of July weekend.😞
