  I actually was in the car getting ready to drive off after signing initials was told I had to pay the whole amount in full after I had been told just the $300 deposit down and no money due until I return the car, the guy then told me all money was due now before leaving with car, which the only way I could pay would be to use 2 different cards to pay close to $700 dollars, basically I was lied to in person and on-line informed was a lie too. Very disappointed for the 4th of July weekend.😞

  Two weeks ago I ordered an economic car because gas was super expensive and I was going to be tight traffic. They didn’t have my car and gave me a gigantic ford F150, so basically my food allowance went towards gas. Now today, I had a car rental setup while mine went into the shop. They just called, an hour before I’m supposed to be there for pick up and said they don’t have a car for me. They are beyond incompetent there. This is just my first complaint. I’ve got all day now to complain. I will spend the rest of my day calling corporate and complaining to everybody I can get hold of.

  My Reservation # 2117914243. My check engine light was on in my vehicle. I brought my vehicle into Haley auto in Farmville va. The part to fix my vehicle had to be ordered so I left my vehicle at Hailey Auto mall in Farmville va. I decided to rent a car. I asked one of the receptionist at the desk is there a car rental that they suggested. I was given Enterprise in Farmville. So I called and got my Reservation Number # 2117914243 for a 1:00 pm pick up. 1:10 pm goes by so I called Enterprise in Farmville. They never called or contacted me in anyway. The person I contacted said they called me and informed me that there's no vehicle. I was stranded!! I don't recommend this Enterprise branch! How many countless other customers have they left without transportation!
