  I had a great experience at Valvoline in Church Falls. The staff at Valvoline always seem extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful regardless of which store I visit. The manager (I think) was really awesome! Gave me a break on my bill ($30 off) without me requesting it, and also applied a $20 off coupon (the coupon I had with me was only for $15 off). This is a great company!

  The assistant manger Marlon and the manager Alex are honest hard working people who tend to the customers needs and show respect military service members after taking my vehicle to receive a freon fill the manager insisted to do a look for a leak to save us time and money in the future after some time passing the assist manger let me know that my car was ready with a thorough update on the issue before my car average temperature was 77 degrees now it’s ice cold 🥶

  Luis, Jermaine, and Marlon (the assistant manager) were such a huge help! They serviced my car quickly and answered all of my questions about maintenance. 10/10 experience I always come specifically to this one because of the great service.

  Very easy process to drive in, discuss services, and complete maintenance items quickly with no pressured up selling of additional services. That being said, they do go over the status of your vehicle as they work and let you decide if you want to do anything additional based on what they find. Since you are in the vehicle the whole time, you can easily see for yourself whether you actually may need the service, unlike being unable to verify if you were to leave it at a dealership or other location. Since my vehicle is older and well out of any warranty/service plan, I had no real need or incentive to have a dealership perform the maintenance, which would have been much more expensive. The only additional thing they requested from me was if I had my lock lug key on hand for the tire rotation, which I thought was reasonable given the varied vehicle year/make/model vehicles that go for general maintenance. I'm sure they had them on hand, but it would be much quicker if it is readily available in the vehicle.
