  I had the tires replaced on my 2022 Mini Cooper. The technicians performed excellent service, carefully inspecting the wheels, balancing the tires, and ensuring everything was secure. They come highly recommended by many customers in our community. I am pleased that I heeded my friend's advice and received such professional and thorough care.

  Brian helped me tremendously with the replacement of my tire I had a blowout and he explained the different tire options He asked what type of tires I currently have and he gave me Exactly what I needed for my car. He seems very knowledgeable when it comes to automotive and he speaks very well towards the customers. I highly recommend this place especially this location. I was in and out of the shop in a timely manner and he greeted me with a hello and he shook my hand and said enjoy the rest of your week at the end of my transaction You don’t get that type of service at many automotive shops nowadays.

  Solid tire shop! Great service, reasonable prices, and trustworthy expertise. Both times I’ve been here they provide updates on services, and clear communication. It can be challenging finding a shop you can count on, so I’m grateful to have found this NTB location!

  I had a smooth transition from setting my appointment, ordering tires for my budget, and installation. I love the customer service from the full in store staff and call center.   I brought my car in for an emergency window repair- my window master switch broke and I couldn’t roll up my window. They quoted me an hour (their rates are lower than the national average) and it took them about 15 minutes to get my window back up and me rolling along until I could get it fixed. The staff here are so accommodating and understanding, and we’re really pleasant. Even though this is not close to me, this was such a pleasant experience, I’m considering bringing my other car here for work as well. It was also a pleasant surprise because I never would’ve thought of NTB for what I needed if AI hadn’t recommended them!
