  Terrible customer service. Wouldn't work with me or the tire manufacturer on a warranty issue, and not very nice in discussions. Won't ever use this place again.

  i was here for my tire fix i made an appointment and when i come manager told me there is some cars of me but i told him I’m in a rush and be somewhere at 11AM there was a costumer wait for his car he asked him can my car ho first and costumer allowed then he fixed my car in 20 mints 100% professionalism, great costumer service and he also apologized me about miscommunication between call center and store

  This was a terrible car service experience. I had made an appointment and dropped my car Thursday with the understanding that the car would be done Friday morning. The last time I was there for a flat tire I had told the technician about an electrical locking problem we were having. He told me that he thought he knew what the problem was and to make an appointment when I could leave the car. So that is what we did. When we made the appointment we said we wanted the electrical locking system looked at as well as general service. When o dropped the car I explained the issue again and asked them to check the battery health bc I had gotten a warning about it. They said they would call when they diagnosed the issue. We heard nothing Friday morning. We called about 1030 and were told we were next in line 3 hours later we called again and were told the car was being locked at. Finally someone calls us and says they did not find anything wrong with the cooling system. Well great since that’s not something we had asked about. But they hadn’t checked battery or electrical system nor had they done general maintenance. We again ask them to do it. They call and say there is nothing wrong with electrical locking (there definitely is) but the battery needs to be replaced they will do the oil change and a tire needs to be replaced. Okay please fix those things. 2 hours later they call back and claim that they can’t find our wheel locks. We say they are kept in the glove compartment. They claim the bag is empty. Well since they were the last people who fixed the tire they are wherever they left them. So they don’t do the complimentary tire rotation I’m supposed to get with an oil change now so they replace tire they claim is worn. I go to pick up the car Saturday morning. The wheel locks are in the glove compartment. On the one hand I’m glad they are there bc I’m thinking I have to make an emergency trip to the dealer. In the other hand I’m completely frustrated with mr tire. What an awful shop. I’ll never go back. I had previously been a very satisfied customer and used them several times for tire issues.

  I had two tires replaced with new ones. Common practice is to put the two worn tires on the front and the two new tires on the rear (assuming no alignment issues require otherwise). Instead, this shop simply swapped the tires from front to back on the left side. When I questioned it, they actually raised their voices and claimed that I had never specifically asked them to arrange the two old tires on the front and the two new tires on the rear. That's unbelievable. A professional tire shop shouldn't need the customer to explain such a basic procedure. I only came here because I had a flat tire and needed emergency service at the nearest shop. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. Their customer service was rude, and their technical knowledge and workmanship were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place.
