  I went to Lee's to get a nail removed from my tire. The shop was very busy, but he was able to help me out in a very timely fashion. A+ service and pricing, thank you again!

  We visited Lee’s Auto Center for a state inspection and had a wonderful experience! It’s a first-come, first-served service, and the entire process was very efficient, smooth, and professional. The owner, Mr. Lee, is such a warm-hearted and kind person, and clearly an expert at what he does. He manages everything so efficiently and keeps the whole process running smoothly. Andrew and all the staff were also incredibly kind! We also loved the waiting area, which was beautifully decorated with amazing artwork, photos, and adorable miniature models that Mr. Lee made himself. :) Thank you, Mr. Lee, Andrew, and the entire team, for such a great experience. Highly recommend Lee’s Auto Center!👍🏻

  I used to bring my vehicles to another shop and had a terrible experience. One of my neighbors recommended Lee last year and I haven't looked back. He is a great human being from my experience. He is also straight and to the point which I appreciate. And, he is honest. He doesn't make up stuff to fix. He only fixes something if it is a problem. Very cost sensitive too. I've brought multiple vehicles to him and every time it has been great. I even recently bought a used car off his lot too which has worked out great. The most recent negative reviews I just read are not representative of his work. You cannot turn a blind eye to a car that shouldn't pass inspection? That would get his entire business in trouble if he did that. Not everyone has common sense. Lee sure does which keeps me coming back. While I don't wish to have another car issue, when I do it will be solved by Lee's Auto Repair when I do.

  Very rude and careless of customers’ time and patience. I made the effort to visit twice and called about three times just to make an appointment. After all that, I was simply told, “Your lights are too yellow; they cannot pass inspection.” 🤔 What really bothered me was the lack of transparency and professionalism. If the lights were an issue, I would have appreciated being told clearly when I first contacted them or during my earlier visit, rather than wasting my time coming back multiple times. I’m also adding a picture of my headlights so people can see for themselves and judge whether they really look “too yellow” to pass inspection. I used to come here regularly since 2018 and had a completely different experience in the past. Unfortunately, over the recent years, I’ve noticed that the service has become increasingly rude and unprofessional. At this point, I guess I’ll have to take my business somewhere else.

  “I think you completely missed the point of my review. I never complained about having to wait for an inspection or about you taking a lunch break. I complained about the lack of organization and the fact that I waited over 30 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me or explaining what was going on. If you have a waiting line and a sign, then manage the line properly and communicate with your customers. Being in business for 26 years doesn’t excuse poor customer service. As for bringing my brother into this, that is completely irrelevant and unnecessary. You don’t know what my brother would or wouldn’t do, just as you don’t know what I would do in your position. I left an honest review based on my experience. Instead of getting defensive and attacking the customer, perhaps you should take the criticism as an opportunity to improve your service. Your response says much more about your business than my review ever could.//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// What a complete waste of time. I came in at 12:30 pm ,but you were on your lunch break. I came back at 1:30 p.m., was told to park on the street instead of your parking lot, and after waiting more than 30 minutes, no one was able to help me. If this is how you treat customers from the moment they arrive, I can’t imagine what the rest of the service is like. This place shows a complete lack of organization, respect, and consideration for people’s time. I will never come back, and I will never recommend this place.
