  If a 0 star option was possible this location would received it. They caused damage to my vehicle on 6/27. When lowering my vehicle after a tire rotation they left the door open and it got stuck on a shelf, bending the hinges. It was reported to the manager before I left the parking lot. I was told he would file an incident report and I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. After that time passed I returned to the store (6/30) where the assistant manager informed me no incident report was ever filed and he promptly did so. I then received a printed copy of the form and was told it would be 24-48 hours for someone from corporate to reach out to me. On 7/6 I received a call from the location telling me I had to go get 3 separate quotes from body shops before anything can proceed. I still have yet to hear from corporate about what a resolution would be. Absolutely abhorrent customer service and handling of the circumstance and my next step is getting lawyers involved. Do not take your vehicle here.

  I’ve had generally good experiences at this Jiffy Lube. They are prompt, efficient, and usually explain the work clearly. My only caution is that I would appreciate more detailed explanations when additional services are recommended, so I can feel confident the work is necessary and not just an upsell. Overall, I’ve found them convenient and professional.

  Consistently THE BEST. I’ve been coming here for 17+ years, the staff might change, but the service is always EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone is super polite (like, REALLY polite), things move quickly, the waiting room is fine. Getting my oil changed is no longer a hassle, it’s just done. A place that keeps their level of quality so high for so long deserves to be commended.

  Hello!!! I went for an oil change with the bottom car cover still attached. I left being told they attached it back with zip ties. I had to return three times within the same day (briefly after leaving each time) because the zip ties came off and the cover for the bottom of my car was scrapping the ground! I was repeatedly told to *go slow* over speed bumps, despite that being something I already do. They couldn’t take responsibility over how they were just doing a bad job, and instead blamed my driving. I was told they could just get rid of the bottom of the car cover, I *don’t need it,* and they were trying to frame this as an easy and *better* solution to their bad job. I had to come back a week later for again the cover of the bottom of my car falling off and scraping the ground! I was then told I would have to come back with my own zip ties to get this fixed, as if they didn’t get the original screws lost in the first place! When I expressed my disinterested in this, the man said, *Zip ties are only $3.* To which I had to explain again this was now my fourth time coming back for a problem they caused. After that, they found their zip ties. If you’re a woman, do not expect to be taken seriously here! They will blame you for their mistakes and try to talk down to you for asking them to fix it. I will go out of my way to go literally anywhere else than this location!
