  Andrew was great at the Hilltop location. It Was immediately after the storm right before Labor Day and he found a vehicle for me. And when something was a little off with that vehicle as soon as Tuesday he had me in another vehicle. He is extremely professional and courteous. I feel like he goes above and beyond for all of his customers.

  A masterclass in corporate INCOMPETENCE. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I rented a Sprinter van from Enterprise for a round trip from Virginia to Pinehurst, NC. What should have been a simple return 3hr trip turned into a 12+ hour ordeal of mismanagement, dishonesty, and total abdication of responsibility, and Enterprise had the audacity to bill us for it. Here's what actually happened: At 8:30 AM, we discovered a flat tire. It took Enterprise 30 minutes just to acknowledge the problem. They dispatched a mechanic, who never showed up. No call, no explanation, nothing. An hour later, Enterprise casually informed us there were actually no mechanics available at all. So the first hour and a half was spent waiting on a fix that was never coming. Their next move was to Uber my friend, the renter, to a local branch to grab a replacement vehicle. That branch had zero cars available. A completely wasted trip they sent him on themselves. Then came the real kicker: they told us a tow truck "might" come in 5 hours, with no confirmed time. And even after the tow eventually happened, Enterprise refused to release a replacement vehicle until the tow company confirmed pickup, with no guarantee that would even happen the same day. Their actual suggested solution: Uber over an hour away to Raleigh Durham Airport and hope a car might be available there. At our expense. We had zero flexibility. I had an international flight to Poland the next morning, my friend had a cross country work flight. Enterprise's "plan" would have stranded us indefinitely with no compensation offered for any of it. So we paid $200 out of pocket for a 2 hour Uber and had three separate friends drive out in relay to get us home. And then, after all of that, after their equipment failed, after their own logistics failures cost us hours and hundreds of dollars, Enterprise charged us $180 to tow their own broken vehicle. No apology. No offer to cover a single dollar of the Uber costs. No urgency. No accountability. Just a bill. If you're considering Enterprise for a long distance rental, understand this: if their vehicle breaks down, you are on your own, you will pay for the privilege of being stranded, and their idea of "assistance" is telling you to solve it yourself at your own cost. Rent from literally anywhere else.
