  I had an outstanding experience at the AutoZone on Leesburg Pike, thanks to Jermel T. We arrived around 9:30 p.m., just 30 minutes before closing, and despite it being the end of his shift, he greeted us immediately and came right out to my car to help. Jermel quickly tested both my battery and alternator, patiently explained the results, and took the time to research exactly which battery my Lexus needed. He even made sure I got the correct battery with the proper cold cranking amps (CCA) instead of simply selling me the first option available. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. I never felt rushed, even though the store was closing. That’s the kind of customer service that’s hard to find these days. I’m incredibly grateful for Jermel’s expertise and kindness. AutoZone is fortunate to have an employee who genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you, Jermel, for turning a frustrating evening into a positive experience!

  Stopped by AutoZone on the Fourth of July, and the customer service was outstanding. The African American employee who helped me was incredibly cheerful, friendly, and welcoming. They were one of the nicest AutoZone employees I’ve ever met and made my visit a great experience. Thank you for the excellent service, especially on a busy holiday!

  The cashier was on his phone watching the World Cup game at the register. He was rude & quick to correct you instead of assist. I honestly avoid coming to this location for the routinely horrible customer service. But I needed Freon for my car, and instead of understanding that refrigerant was needed he decided to be rude instead. But again; I’ve never received good customer service at this location. There’s always a long line and they only nice to people that look like them.

  Ordered a windshield wiper blade to be delivered. I got an email saying it had been delivered but never received it. I went back and the staff said they couldn’t see the orders after they were picked up and that the only thing I could do was re-purchase it. I had to ask for a discount and even then it was only 20%. Insane I had to buy the same thing twice because of their mistake

  Glad I called first because the sales person couldn't find the part I was looking for until I let him know I had checked before going.
