I walked in and asked about a side mirror part for my Toyota RAV4, and the options that I would have to make sure that I got home safely. And this specific store attendant—who was already arguing with a previous customer mind you—told me that I was out of luck and there was nothing that he or anyone could do. When i repeated and asked him what my options were, he told me are u listening? And when I asked him to not talk to me like I was stupid. He kicked me out of the store. I literally had tears streaming down my face, and this man kicked me out of the store simply because I asked him not to talk to me like I was dumb. I don’t know what is wrong with this place but these people are terrible, all I asked for was options. Do not go here—literally ever. Additionally, after witnessing how the other employee treated the previous customer and myself, the other female attendee decided to make fun of the behavior that the other employee was demonstrating by smiling, joking, and waving around as though it was not unprofessional. Like I said, it is an absolutely terrible establishment. They have no professionalism in anyway.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
