  Dalton is always professional and provides exceptional service. He used to work at the Woodbridge location, but he was recently transferred to the Fairfax location. He is an incredibly hardworking, dedicated, and trustworthy mechanic who truly takes pride in what he does. Wherever Dalton goes, I go. I have complete confidence in his work because he is honest, knowledgeable, and consistently goes above and beyond. It’s hard to find someone you can trust with your vehicle, and Dalton has earned that trust. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable mechanic!

  Super quick and helpful! Shoutout to these miracle workers, helping us with our cars in the heat! I’m uncertain of his name, but the guy at the Fairfax Blvd location with long brown locs, was so so helpful. He reassured me along the way and made the process feel easy and comfortable.   I came here for an oil change after a very bad experience with NTB. Manager John was super friendly, relatable and overall good vibes. He has a playful strong relationship with his employees and even made us laugh as well. He was also very knowledgeable and genuine, he even stepped me out of my car to show me what lights I needed that were blown out to be able to pass my state inspection. He also never pressured me to purchase anything other then what I wanted and he also stated just letting you know so you are the safest in your car. (John if you are reading this you were right and I had to buy them at my dealer to pass) I should have just done it here at valvoline but there is always a next time. He’s a great guy and actually managed to calm me down a bit after a horrible visit at NTB, we even discussed E-bikes instead of cars haha. He also highlighted and wrote down things about my engine and car for the future recommendations. I have always come here for oil changes but now after meeting the manager I can see why the crew is so good as well. Great job John keep up the great work!!! I will recommend this place 10/10 to anyone looking for great service.

  This was my first time at this location and I went there on a Saturday morning which is usually never a great experience. Your staff was excellent in all facets from greeting to service to completing the entire transaction. It also was nice not to have to leave my vehicle. Your team should be commended

  I came to change oil and diagnose the heating issues on Jun 15, 2026; they recommended me to change the radiator and thermostat, which cost me ~$1100. After having that service, the car has the same previous issues. Now they are saying it is "water pump" and "socket plug" issue, which may charge me another ~$500. My point is, if the problem is in water pump and socket plug, why did you change radiator and thermostat? Moreover, I asked them how long it would take to have that service? They said it would be 1 hour 30 minutes, but in reality, I had to wait 5 hours to have that service which made no improvement in my car. So, I am having the same issue in the car after spending 1100 dollars. I want to have a compensation.
