  Rob Hunt was fantastic. While I was in line waiting for my oil change, my car was making loud noises. He noticed and checked to see what was happening. He troubleshooted the problem and he and Ken added the right oil and addictive to help my car. They answered all questions and explained things very well. I will certainly go back any time I need an oil change or other service. I really appreciate the great service I received at Valvoline in Fairfax.

  We went there for an oil change and after my fiancé noticed the car wasn’t driving normally when we noticed our driver side tire was loosing air severely at a rapid rate. They took air out of our tire without asking. Rachel specifically took air out of our tire without asking .Stay away from this place , they are spiteful to the fact they don’t wanna do their jobs an hour before they close . Mind you we paid $108 for an oil change and we have to come out with more money out of our pocket to get a new tire

  Best oil change experience I’ve had, easily. Ali and David handled everything — told me exactly what oil they were putting in and why, checked my filters and fluids, and topped off my tires without me even asking. No pressure to buy stuff I didn’t need, which is rare. Whole thing took like 15 minutes and I never had to get out my car. Ali clearly knows his stuff when it comes to cars, answered every question I had. Ask for these guys.

  I hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience was serious enough that I feel others should be warned. I took my vehicle to Valvoline for a routine oil change, and the oil filter was not properly secured. As a result, oil was leaking everywhere. Thankfully, I caught the issue rather quickly, but this could have caused significant damage to my vehicle had it gone unnoticed. I understand that mistakes happen and I was more than willing to extend grace. What I cannot understand or accept is how Valvoline handled the situation afterward. The manager I spoke with was apologetic and told me he would personally investigate what happened and follow up with me. He offered me 50% off my next oil change. Unfortunately, I never heard back. After more than 10 days—and two additional calls this week for an update—there has still been no follow-up, refund, partial refund, or meaningful resolution. At this point, why would I trust Valvoline with my vehicle again? I appreciate the convenience of Valvoline, but after this experience and the complete lack of follow-through from management, I will not be returning. I strongly encourage others to carefully check their vehicle after any service here.

  I purchased my coupon through group on and paid $86! I had the receipt and showed it to them but the said that is valid for $65! And charged my husband another $14! That’s scam! I absolutely will report this , never will be back to this location also will post it in google reviews so they can’t scam more people!!
